Had a liferoom installed by a crew that had only done 1 or 2 before. It showed. I will list only the big problems here, but there were many more. They didn’t put the footings down far enough so the concrete crew had to put foam around the footings so if the thin concrete broke they didn’t have to tear it all up. They cut into the roof of the house and after putting the liferoom up, they did nothing to connect the gutters so that rain would come down the side of the house. The “roof” I was told would be medal. It is just of foam covered medal. They did not caulk it very well. So the roof leaked and the fan stopped running. It had to be replaced. This is my second summer. Now the screens keep coming down on their own. I can’t get a hold of anyone because mailboxes are full or no one answers. Stay away from this company!!

We had legacy sunrooms install a screened in room on our porch. They were great to work with in the beginning but the day after the installation we had issues with the screens staying in place. If we lightly push on the screens they pop right out and even fall off with a small amount of wind. There was also a hole in one of the screens and we have been trying to reach out to Legacy for weeks and cannot get anyone to return our calls to fix the issue.

We hired Legacy Sunrooms to build a sunroom on our house where awe had a deck. The deck was in the air as we have a walkout basement door underneath. We told them that the deck would move everywhere due to frost. We were told the posts they would use would never move. Well they moved! The walls are cracked, the tiles fell off the fireplace, ..etc… a mess! Keep calling Legacy # in Neenah & no answer. All the phone numbers I have are for legacy which is now concrete only. I called them and they are going to have someone contact me from the sunroom area but no one ever does.

Please Read Review – They have new ownership as of 2022, so only look at 2022 reviews. Previous owners were awesome. I signed a contract in October of 2021 and was told I would have my patio screened in by end of 2021. The contract had a date of 12/16/21-1/16/2021. I asked why the completion date was so late and was told that is the absolute last day the job would be done, they just give a big window but my project was only a 2 day project. My materials came in the week before Christmas, I only knew that because I called the office. I was told I would get a call back that day to schedule my install, never got a call. The next day, never got a call. I had to reach out to my sales person any time I wanted any information (I know that is not their job with the company). They told me they could not complete my job on time, because of labor availability. I asked if I could cancel my contract since they could not meet their agreement. They said “No.” and “I should be happy they are finishing it close to the date.” I told them I would reach out to my lawyer and see if I have to honor the contract since they were not holding up their end. After that they found time for my project and then said he will have it completed by the promised date. They came to my house to start, so I could cancel. They worked for 3-4 days and then took a month off before finishing my project. They were the most expensive, had the worst customer service. I hire them for the timeline they contracted me too and paid more for it, then they completed the same timeline as other companies. Do not believe their promises. No one cared about me throughout the entire process.

Company has come out 3 different times and my patio looks worse than when I started. There’s a “ lifetime” warranty however the owner Luke Hoh won’t even respond or answer my calls or texts This company has very young NON EXPERIENCED kids works for them My patio has been sanded down 3 different times due to their poor service, my patio now has multiple dips in the cement from all the sanding and the water and dirt settles there, hence making this “ newly covered patio” ugly to look at and my dogs & son have gotten cuts on their feet because there’s not enough topcoat.

Legacy was hired to remove the old floor coating done by a different company and re-do my garage flooring with their products. I had made my appointment with their scheduler in fall of 2020 for the following spring when I could be there as the job was being done. I also paid half down at that time. I didn’t hear from them the week before the job was to be done this spring thinking they would probably call me to confirm, so I called them. To my surprise, I WASN’T even on their schedule and the person who I scheduled the appointment with was no longer with their company. They fit me in, however, with LOTS of ISSUES. First, I was called by one of their employees the day before they were supposed to do the job and was asked what they were supposed to do at my house. I thought this was “odd” but proceeded to tell him they were supposed to take off the old coating down to the cement and re-do the flooring with their products. I was VERY specific. He told me to tell their guys what I wanted done when they arrived. I advised him I felt instructions should come from Legacy and not me. When their guys showed up the next morning, they didn’t even have the piece of equipment needed to remove the old coating. They said they were just going to ruff up what was currently on the floor and reapply a clear coat. Are you kidding me??? They already did that once and it didn’t work as the edges were coming up. They knew this. That is why I was having the old coating removed. I was given every excuse under the sun, including re-applying the clear coat over my old flooring should have never been sold to me in the first place….but yet, that is what they were going to do yet a second time. Then, they told me my contract was unclear and I should have never signed it. The salesman who wrote it up is also no longer with the company either. Even now, I see nothing wrong with the contract other than I got a copy that is difficult to read as it was in triplicate. Even with that, I can see it noted old coating was to be removed, 414 square feet, 2 steps, slate stone “sprinkles”, etc. Looks detailed and pretty clear to me. They said they would not be able to get me in for over a month. I had all power equipment in a neighbor’s garage, firewood piled in my driveway, empty shelving units, wheel barrow, fertilizing equipment, etc in my driveway and on my back patio, all shelving units boxed up and pushed into an area of the garage that was not going to be done and they wanted me to wait for over a month – I was obviously quite “heated.” Terra from Legacy rescheduled the job for July 21. I have had little to no contact with this company since June 4th other than to attempt to talk with the owner who has not returned any of my many messages. I was just advised this week they no longer will do my job. Obviously, a signed contract means nothing to them. I do NOT recommend Legacy for all of the reasons noted above….and I would like my down payment back as soon as possible!!

Legacy did a great job on my garage floor and front porch! Their employees were very professional, kind and easy to talk to. More importantly their customer service was awesome. I had follow up questions that I called and ask them, they answered them very promptly. Thanks Legacy for a job well done!!
