From the first contact by sales to the final contact by the installers and billing, we were delighted. Professional, personal, punctual and answered any question with knowledge and quickly. The installers were amazing. It was 98 to 100 degrees with humidity in the high 90s, and these two guys slugged away with precision beyond the norm and cared about what they were doing. They were polite and good-mannered. The product was exactly what it was supposed to be and met all the contract specs. Bravo Patio Enclosures.

I have nothing but high praise for the recent experience with Patio Enclosures. Starting with Jim Garner who sold me the patio initially many years ago and recently Hollie Pierce who was simply magnificent and so caring. The technicians who came to measure, install and regulate the unit were all courteous and professional. But Hollie and Jim stand out and I thank them for their excellent professional attention. I am so happy with my new sunroom. From the initial meeting with Jimmy Green to Whitney Gischel keeping mw informed of schedule to the final installation steps handled by Ricardo and James, I couldn’t be happier. They were all very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Patio Enclosures based on my experience.

The customer service at Patio Enclosures is second to none. Hollie was so helpful and responsive and Pat did such a fabulous job. I highly recommend this company. The best company I have dealt with since I moved to Delaware. Just give Hollie a call and she will take care of everything.

Very professional. Took their time and cleaned up afterwards. The new patio door looks great. I received quotes from 4 other companies. Patio Enclosures provided a competitive quote and product. From the sales person Jimmy to the installers, Pat. Great job.

A completely professional job from top to bottom! From the planning process with designer Steve Mitchell, to the communications between the company and client headed by Mike Little, to the measuring done by Tony and the foundation work expertly done by Ron, the actual build supervised and completed by Pat Dietz was also terrific as was the electrical work done by another Patrick! The Office staff helmed by Whitney and Hollie was easy to work with and always kept us appraised of where we were in the process. We are delighted with the result and even though we are still in the process of moving my husband’s art materials into what will be his painting and writing studio, I know we will enjoy this wonderful space for many years to come.
