i have had fs&e install both vinyl and single pain windows on my porch. windows are good and confirmed my decision to enclose the porch. finished project looks great. communication with the management during the process was unacceptable! for updates and project questions, i had to continually call them for answers. my calls were ignored or forgotten about. multiple calls to both managers. there were two interruptions to job completion due to venice fl mfg errors. i had to make the calls to fs/e to find out time delays in obtaining the replacement windows. there were time delays throughout the project with no explanation. windows- 5 stars. workmanship- 5 stars communications- 0 star! h martin cantonment

These guys did a fantastic job screening in my patio for a very reasonable price. I called them based on a similarly positive recommendation from a friend who had a pool enclosure done.

Nate, Chris, Hudson (Tyler) and Cody worked on our patio cover and pool enclosure. It’s sad to say, since moving to NW Florida, my wife and I have had various contractors working on our home for months. Most all of which I have had issues with. Some bigger than others. Only 3 companies that I’ve dealt with were fantastic! Florida Sunrooms and enclosures was one of them.They were GREAT! It turned out that they build 4 season rooms too. I wish I knew that six months ago. I would have hired them to install mine. I’m certain it would’ve been built without grief! Chris the lead installer was the best, Hudson and him worked diligently with Cody. Cody also supplied some laughs. Spending large amounts of money can be stressful. So having a company that does excellent work, that also supplies some laughs, definitely helps keep the stress level down. My wife and I were in need of just that. Thanks guys! Your excellent work is greatly appreciated!

I’ve never had a contractor show up on time. These guy’s showed up 4 day’s earlier than expected. They say they will start work at 8am they will be there. They are very precise with their measurements making sure thing’s are square, they ask questions to make sure you are happy with the choices and intall the entire time they are building. Vary respectful, and pleasant crew.

From the moment Trent walked in our door, We knew right away this was the right company for our pool enclosure. No nonsense quality, workmanship. Trent came out to give an estimate the same day we called to inquire. Other companies were too busy and one guy with a NY accent even started throwing numbers at me over the phone and basically told me to figure it out myself. It was completed on time as promised in November of 2020, and we have had a couple of small issues requiring them back to address, which they did , “HASSLE FREE”. Did I mention that the price was very reasonable! Bottom line is you would be crazy to use any other company.

Very awesome crew Henry and his son.. they are so polite and listen to questions and just social.. I highly recommend this company..I am gonna enjoy my screened room for sure . Thanks to all involved
