This is the first time we used Deal Construction, and we are extremely happy with the results. When soliciting estimates from various Contractors, we had specific requirements for what we wanted to do. We then met Ilya from Deal, I gave him the same tasks as the others. He listened carefully, and pointed out some issues, and suggested better ways to improve on what we were looking to do. As we reviewed the estimates, my wife and kept thinking of Ilya’s vision and knew we needed chose Deal Construction to build the walkway and retaining wall. We signed up, then given an expected start date for the work to begin. Ilya kept us informed as we waited for our project to start. At one point apologizing for weather delays pushing us back a few days. When the start date arrived, the team arrived on time, introduced themselves and started the work. They were very polite, and professional, cleaning up after the days work was completed. The results were even better than my wife and I envisioned. We were blown away by the way the walkway and wall came out. I highly recommend Deal Construction for your needs.

Well the estimate was to replace my walk steps and install new foundation and install railing that was not a extra charge that was the deal, they showed up on time, but that’s when everything started to go down hill, they asked what color we picked, this was all discussed at time we fist meet, when he told me everything from A-Z will be new, well about two hours later after they show up i get a call saying that they is a problem with the old foundation, this was supposed to be replaced when they demo steps, well i get another call saying it will be a extra 3k i refuse this he offers 1k more i agree, come home and they are up three courses of block, never replaced foundation, left concrete smudge on new block stone dust pile in driveway lime stone aren’t straight, garden house was crushed, i go to pay finale balance and is750 more the it should be well after we agreed on 1k extra they wanted 1700 i refuse to pay and we go are way so anyone looking to hire them i would think twice….

We hired Deal Construction to place a patio with pavers in our back yard and recreate a front porch/steps/landing using bluestone/pavers/veneer from our original concrete steps from 1960. They did a wonderful job. They designed it exactly the way we wanted it within budget. They are timely, efficient, fairly priced, and hard workers. The team is always on time and barely takes breaks. They take pride in the work they do. I would definitely recommend this company for future projects,
