The job I had Grant look at was a fix-it job that we had already imvested alot of money into, so our budget did not allign with the bid. Even with that, Grant was so kind and offered guidance when he could have just left me high and dry. He also said if I have any questions to call him. I have future home improvement projects that I will certainly reach out to him first.

Had a great experience with Grant and his crew. They were well organized, had good communication and Dan and Chris did excellent work. They even went above and beyond to make sure everything for our basement was just right. They took our basement from unfinished, dark and dingy, to fully finished and looking great, perfect space for our family. If you want a trustworthy and reputable contractor look no farther.

I had a great experience working with Grant and his team. They were attentive and timely throughout the process. Tina did an excellent job scheduling appointments and staying on top of the project. When an issue did present itself they communicated with all involved to resolve the problem. Remodeling a bathroom can be stressful but they made it as easy as possible. I am extremely pleased with the final product. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future projects.

We worked with Grant Thompson Construction on a big home remodel project and are thrilled with the end result! We appreciate the commitment to quality craftsmanship. Like any big project, there were some bumps along the way but we would definitely work with them again.

Thanks to everyone on my bathroom projects. The GT group and subs were professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Tina Marie was pleasant and dependable keeping all aspects of the job moving along smoothly. She was quick to respond to any of my concerns. Chris is a creative carpenter who did beautiful work. I felt everyone on the various teams cared about doing their best. What more can you ask for!

Grant Thompson Construction did a fantastic job with our kitchen remodel from start to finish. Chris and Dan were phenomenal with their attention to detail, all the sub contractors were wonderful as well. Everyone was was on time and communication was to notch. We always knew when things were happening. Would definitely recommend them and have them back to do work anytime.

My wife and I wanted to have our basement finished – complete with a full bathroom, a bedroom and an entertainment area. I sought out multiple quotes for the project and Grant Thompson was favorably priced compared to others. Quality was top of mind and after meeting and talking with Chris, the project manager, I had no concerns. His attention to detail is incredible and he cares immensely about the quality of his work. I sketched out an idea for a media wall, shared it with him and he made it happen, while also improving upon my idea. It looks awesome. Complete with 2 55” TVs set into the wall with shelving on either side, and an 8 ft electric fireplace. Absolutely love it. They subcontracted out most of the work, but they are very particular about who they work with. They don’t just find a random, cheap subcontractors and risk the quality of their projects on chance. All of the subcontractors I met with were excellent and personable people, and exceeded expectations in terms of quality. The only critique I had, which I shared with them, was confirming the start date for the project. Initially said they would start in February. Then as February began, they said they would start in a week or two. As February came and went, it became mid to end of March. I told them I understand schedules can shift due to unforeseen circumstances, but I was disappointed that it kept getting pushed back. They apologized and responded back with a firm date in March, and they started on that exact date. From that point on, they kept me in the loop on everything so I was never left wondering. Great communicators and very responsive. And the project finished right on time. If I ever need another remodeling project completed, the first call I am making is to Grant Thompson.

UPDATED 05/2023 Grant and his team took our 1960’s kitchen and brought it into the 21st century. We had the soffits removed and went with new cabinets all the way to the ceiling. We didn’t stop there, they removed old pocket doors and opened up dining area, removed old rubber trim work (which they matched with the original trim and stain throughout the house from 1960), removed old flooring, original lighting and plumbing. Be sides the new upper and lower cabinets we added quartz countertops by Cambria, dishwasher and backsplash throughout kitchen area. To say we are happy is an understatement. 2023 Had Grant’s crew back for a major over haul of the basement. Relocated laundry room, added a second full bathroom and added a bedroom. Chris added some beautiful custom mill work to finish off my rec-room. When basement was finished they moved up to the main floor and remodel the upstairs bathroom. Chris and Dan go above and beyond when it comes to the job. I highly recommend Grant Thompson Construction!!

Magic was performed on my home to create a beautiful kitchen. The all the workers and subs were delightful. They were all pleasant and professional. I especially appreciate the dry wall/plastering and the cabinet installation. These people are the true magicians.
