Miguel, Josue and the crew did a fantastic job on our roof deck. Miguel worked through all the details with us in deciding on materials and design, and was very helpful with his suggestions and explanations. When it came time to build, the team was very flexible when we discovered a stucco problem on the wall behind the deck that required pausing the build until that could be resolved. As the build progressed, Miguel and Josue were very responsive to all my requirements and the crew handled every issue that came up with expertise and professionalism. The work was expertly done, the crew was polite and friendly, and the cleanup was thorough. I highly recommend A&Z General Contractors!

I called Miquel to redo my bathroom and we set an appointment within a week to discuss. He offered suggestions and told me what was best to ensure I would have the best outcome. His crew were Very professional and they cleaned up as they finished each day. They also helped me make decisions such as groute color and some finishing touches. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my new bathroom and will hire A&Z for future projects. I have already recommended him to family and friends. Thank you Miquel!!!

If you want an outfit that shows up on time, takes pride in their work; works all day, and cleans up after; all in budget, try A&Z. We only had one mutually anticipated necessary change. They replaced my old rotting roof entirely, and replaced my old wooden deck with new composite. The roofer, David, was relentless in his part. Even though necessary travel took Miguel away for some time, he was in constant reach by text, or phone. His brother, Josue, who my wife called the “Perfectionist,” ran the job; was here every day and we could have three way communication if required. Other than a few minor language challenges with some of the younger workers, quite satisfied and would use again.

I wanted to take a minute to thank you for the work you recently did on our house. It was a genuine pleasure to have Miguel and his crew at A & Z renovate our kitchen, and 2nd floor master bedroom bathroom. The finished product is beyond our expectations. Not only is the finish work spectacular but Miguel went above and beyond to make sure it was completed before our daughter’s wedding when we were expecing house guests in town for the wedding. Our neighbors and family members were blown away with the finish product. We will certainly use A & Z for any future projects and highly recommend Miguel and his team.
