Highly recommend – Russ did a fantastic job. He came to give me a free estimate and he prioritized the work I needed to have done in a very clear way. We set up to fix the more immediate issues and he was able to move me up in his queue when he had a cancellation. He knew rain was coming later in the week and was kind enough to give me priority when he had the time. Such a fair price and incredibly helpful with my (new to me) VERY old farmhouse. Will definitely be using him again in the future to finish up the work I need done still!

Quick backstory – We had a recent windstorm dislodge a piece of siding from our house. Over the past three weeks I’ve reached out to several contractors (some who were nice enough to tell me they “don’t do a job that small” and others who just didn’t call back). Today, I called RFO Contracting during non-business hours expecting to leave a message (and hopefully get a call back). To my surprise Russ picked up the phone and was extremely friendly from the start. He was nice enough to come out as soon as possible because he didn’t want the dislodged siding to become a bigger problem for us. Let me repeat this – It was important to him that we get this repaired before it became a bigger problem for us. I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and I’ve never had one as customer focused, friendly, and communicative as RFO Contracting. Russ took the time to educate me on how the siding connects, how he planned on repairing it, and ensuring that it met my standards/needs. Even though it was a relatively small repair he ensured it was done with the highest level of quality to prevent the issue from reoccurring. I just can’t RAVE ENOUGH about how good the customer service was. In a world where many contractors won’t even return your call, I was blown away at the responsiveness, professionalism, and extremely reasonable cost RFO offers. I took his card and it’s now permanently on our fridge (we will definitely use his service again!!!) Thank you Russ!!!

Russ power washed our house. I needed it done by Memorial Day. He went above & beyond to accommodate us. He is friendly and professional. We will definitely use him again.

Russ and Matt did a fantastic job on our roof. Russ listened to what we needed and was very responsive and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Project came in on budget much to our delight. Incredibly professional and an amazing end result. We plan on having RFO Contracting doing future home repairs. It is wonderful to have found a company that cares about the needs and wants of their clients. Great job!

We recently used RFO Contracting for our roofing job. Our house looks so much better now and the process from estimate to completion was so easy. Owner, Russell Orth, is easy to work with and made it obvious that our satisfaction was his highest priority. We would recommend RFO to anyone looking to have work done by a top notch contractor and will not hesitate to use them again.

We are very happy with our experiences so far. Russ has been extremely professional and great craftmanship. He helped with fixing other contractors mistakes, built a shed door, gate system and Greg did electrical work for us. I feel confident the jobs were done right and they were very good about cleaning up too .

I recently purchased a foreclosed home that needed a pretty good amount of rehab. Feeling overwhelmed, I reached out to Russ from RFO contracting, which I have heard of before. Russ came out, and really shined light on where the problem areas were and what took priority. After giving me a clear understanding, we had a plan and the team moved forward. When I had other work being done, which I often had to oversee, I knew RFO would be doing their part with zero interruptions. Of there was a problem, RFO had a solution. I’m very pleased with the craftsmanship and the attention to detail. Russ and the team truly came through. From start to finish it was clear Russ cares about my satisfaction which was really nice.

Russ put on a new roof, skylight and redid a chimney for me. I found his work to be excellent and professional in every regard. He’s knowledgeable and excellent to work with. I would recommend his company to anyone.
