Rob went above and beyond on every aspect of our bath remodel. We recently moved to the area from out of state and discovered that we had major problems with the bathroom in the home we purchased, including a tub that leaked water into the kitchen below. The flooring was coming up, there were drywall cracks all around and inside the shower/tub (Rob informed us that it was improperly installed), the toilet leaked, and the room was cramped and ugly. I didn’t know any contractors in the area and am so thankful that I contacted Rob! First, he was genuinely sympathetic and spent a great deal of time listening to our needs and came up with several options for a remodel. This was an unexpected expense after our move, and to our pleasant surprise, Rob candidly discussed ways that we could keep costs lower and within our budget. The transformation he rendered was nothing short of miraculous! (See before and after images) Thanks to Rob’s design and skill, everything functions properly, with no more leaks. He also redesigned the room to give us more space. On top of that, the end result is beautiful! We are so pleased with Rob’s work and attention to detail. I was in tears when I first spoke to him on the phone about the extensive problems with the bathroom, and I was in tears when he left because the remodel vastly exceeded all of our expectations! Rob even granted us a last-minute request to install a cabinet above the toilet that was not even part of our contract. He also made sure that we could continue to use the bathroom throughout the remodel, even to the point of temporarily hooking things back up when he left for the day. Rob was prompt, professional, courteous, honest, and a delight! We plan to use his services for more projects in the very near future and consider him a friend of the family now. We highly recommend Burkhard Construction!

Burkhard completed my kitchen back splash installation, installed my bathroom countertop, drywall finishing in my basement. was very honest, quality of work is great, very fast at completing any job given to him. He will be my first choice of any future construction in my home.

Rob is our friend and past neighbor. Before I ever asked him to do any work for us he actually came over and, using his own materials and time, fixed our screen door. It was something that had been left broken for a long time so the fix was greatly appreciated. A little while later I asked him to look at our basement steps that were left incomplete after a remodel and he was over within the week fixing the drywall, completing finishing touches, sanding and painting the steps for me. I had a new baby on the way so the finished steps were greatly appreciated. It was reasonably priced work and done within the time frame he said they would be completed. The reviews are spot on when they talk about how he will care for your home as his own. Rob is both professional and understanding. We would recommend his services to anyone needing a home repair or update!

Burkhard Construction completed a remodel on our home. The washer/dryer was moved from the basement to a small bedroom upstairs. They facilitated approval from the HOA. New flooring was installed throughout. Electric changed to gas on our stove. Installed all new appliances. Addressed electrical and plumbing needs. We were very happy with the quality of the work and the responsiveness to completion.

I don’t understand the 2 star review with no comment, must’ve been perpetrated by a competitor! Rob Burkhard is all about service with a smile & quality work. He is personable & easy to get along with. He can do almost anything at your house. His prices are fair for the high quality work he does. We had a complicated, curved pergola, that’s 18 years old & was in need of major repairs. He took some measurements, cut replacements out of cedar, at his shop, & was able to make the pergola look like new fairly quickly. He did a great paint job, without even moving the vine much, that was growing on it. He also did a great repair & paint job on our fiberglass front & rear doors. He was also able to find a replacement for our planter bench, which he assembled, sealed & delivered I wouldn’t hesitate to use Rob again. Highly recommended!

Friendly yet professional. We have used Rob several times for a bathroom remodel, siding repair, and also to have a deck built on our home. Not the cheapest but way less than the big box stores and you get what you pay for. Our projects all turned out great!
