Will not schedule a date for a fabric repair on my brand new Sunsetter awning until he gets the remainder of my money. The contract states when the job is completed. Well it is not completed until the he fabric is repaired. So he went back into my yard and took the power cord and then left because I told him he was not getting the remaining half until he replaced the fabric. By the way, it is getting delivered to him from the company. All he had to do was schedule a date for repair in writing before he left my property that day . Rather I heard about gas costing him $6.20 per gallon. I’d have to wait until he had several jobs in my area. Hmmmm. This is not in the contract. We even offered to provide ladders or whatever tools he needed so he didn’t have to bring his big ol Ford 250. That wasn’t good enough either.

They built and deck for our family to enjoy through out the summer and fall months. They did a great job building from the ground up and it looks awesome. We are very pleased with the deck.

American Renewal installed an 18′ x 12′ motorized awning for my back deck. The awning now allows me to spend more time on the deck, due to the shade that it provides. American Renewal’s workmanship was high quality. I highly recommend them for your awning needs.

I ended up using another company only due to a referral from a friend, BUT I wanted to post a review simply because Pam Ross is the picture of professionalism. I responded to a previous email to cancel my appointment and she immediately followed up. I wanted her to know that American Renewal had not faulted in any way, it was simply a choice based on a friend’s recommendation. She wished us well in her follow up. Most places delete your email and move on. Even though I didn’t choose this company (who knows, I may have if we had scheduled an appointment), I wanted Pam to get kudos for her classiness. Thank you, Pam. What a class act you are!
