Hannah and her team are dedicated to what they do, reliable throughout the process and complete their work meticulously. We worked with REP to finish our basement from a blank concrete slate with a quick turn around before the birth of our baby. Everyone was friendly and wanted our input throughout the remodeling process to ensure our absolute satisfaction. We will absolutely work with Hannah and her team again on future jobs at our home in West Chester.

Hannah and her team did a wonderful job transforming our master bathroom! This was our first big renovation and Hannah was very helpful throughout every step of the process. We had a general idea of what we wanted, and she helped us design the space and pick out all of the materials, including all the details. She communicated with us every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions and accommodate our many last minute requests. Her team is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They left the house clean every day and also kept us updated daily. We absolutely love everything in our bathroom and had a great experience with REP. The process was so smooth and stress-free that we’ve already committed to REP renovating 2 more of our bathrooms this year!

Hannah and her team has remodeled 2 bathrooms for us. Hannah was great to work with, and really cares about making sure the client is happy. She goes above and beyond! She put no pressure on us to quickly sign a contract, but instead encouraged us to seek quotes from others before making our final decision. Hannah is not an owner who just talks the talk to get business, she knows the work and makes sure that you understand what will be done, what is feasible, and how much everything will cost. She helps with design choices and is very patient because she wants to make sure you will be 100% happy with the outcome. Her crew are professionals, did their utmost to keep the surrounding area cleaned up at the end of each day, answered questions and provided input as needed. All of them are very polite and patient. We know that when we have our next big remodeling project, REP General Contracting will be our first call.

Thank you to Hannah and her top-notch team for helping us make small, but substantial changes to improve the aesthetic and functioning of our new home. I had a list of projects I wanted completed when she came for a consult. She was able to quickly give estimates and I was able to prioritize based on our budget. With her eye for design and my ideas, we were able to come up with affordable solutions. Even though we didn’t complete a huge renovation, REP never made us feel that our projects were too small or not important. Everyone that was involved from electrical, to tile, to drywall was easy to talk with and so friendly. Thank you all for your help!

After talking to, and getting estimates from, 5 other contractors for my bathroom remodel, I had no doubt REP and Hannah was the way to go. She was so easy to work with through the entire process of deciding exactly how I wanted the bathroom to look. Her design expertise is fabulous. the entire team from rep were so wonderful to work with and so helpful, answering all of my questions. They just finished my bathroom and I absolutely love it! I could not have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a remodel!!

We found Hannah through a recommendation from a friend. This recommendation did not disappoint. Hannah helped design a fantastic kitchen. She was honest, worked with our budget, listened to our needs, finished within her deadline, and offered advice/input whenever it was needed. She was professional as was her entire crew – especially Braeden and Ryan with whom we had a lot of interactions. If ( and hopefully when) we ever have another remodel project I will definitely call Hannah and her REP crew. Thank you!

I recently had my master bathroom renovated by REP and it turned out amazing. I had been looking for the right contractor for over 6 years but no one I met with was the right fit. The first day I met Hannah we clicked instantly. My bathroom had a weird layout I wanted to change, but I didn’t know what the options were. I had some ideas and Hannah spent over an hour with me coming up with a plan. She has the knowledge of what can be done with moving plumbing, walls, etc. and also has an eye for design to know what will look best. Once we had a plan she sat on the floor with me and typed up the estimate right there on the spot. Most contractors that came out never followed up with an estimate. The renovation was overall a positive experience. Hannah was always available for questions and was very quick to let me know when there was an issue. I appreciated her honesty and how quickly she and her team worked to resolve any concern I had. Renovations like this will always have unexpected issues but there was always a plan within a day. I am a planner by nature and like my house clean and organized, so a major renovation usually feels like chaos to me. Hannah was so supportive and patient with me, and guided me through every little obstacle that came up. The quality of work was great – especially the tile. I had a vision for my shower tile that was tricky but Hannah knew it was important to me, and her team came through. I love it so much. It’s the bathroom I’ve wanted since the day I bought my house. I will definitely be going to REP for any project from now on.
