Requested an estimate back in February. They came to my house on February the 12th to look everything over. It’s now March 14th and I’ve never heard a word back from them. Update as of 3/15/24, director of operations called and apologized for the issue. Assured me that someone different would be calling me. And that the issue with the last person who came was handled.

Mathis replaced the deck support posts. A small project for a home repair company and Mathis told me that all project, small and large, are important to them. Mathis was knowledgeable, reasonably priced (competitive) and completed the project when promised. During the project, Mathis discovered a flaw in the deck design and repaired at no additional cost. Recommend for all home repair projects.

I was referred to Mathis for work related to my deck & gutters. Gentleman (Jamie) came for an estimate. Extremely professional, appeared knowledgeable & honest informing us we can get the work done by a handyman for less money. He said he’ll inquire when he returns to the office & get back to me. He gave me his card & said ” If I don’t get back to you later today (Friday) or Monday & then call me. We’ll I didn’t get a call, I called him twice, once spoke to a woman who referred me to his cell so left a message on the cell & heard nothing back. All he had to do was call, say he couldn’t find anyone & it would have been a good experience at least. Now I don’t know if I can believe everything else he told us. Back to square one. Good companies follow through on what they say & I know I can cross Mathis off my list for any future work needed. Very disappointed & will be more than happy to let people know of my experience. They only want jobs that cost over $500.00 as per Jamie.

They installed new gutters and gutter guards on our house. They arrived on time and did quality work. They go the extra length to make sure everything is installed to your satisfaction.

Mathis did two different jobs for me, installing gutters and installing a new roof. Both were well done and the people I worked with were professional. They did have to come back to fix some cables left hanging, but they resolved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. I will definitely use them again.

I’m very satisfied with everything about my new Gutters from Mathis Home Improvement. We went with the Gotcha Covered gutter system for our second story, but held off on our first floor garage and sunroom. The salesperson was very helpful with splitting the quote and wasn’t pushy on any decision. The installers did a great job. Using any home improvement services is difficult for me since in the past I’ve done all my own home repairs. But, at my age I don’t need to be 15 feet in the air on a ladder. Even the office scheduler was very friendly and helpful.

Mathis was great from start to finish. They scheduled the estimate and the work shortly after I called, provided advice, delivered as promised, did excellent work, were respectful, responsive and friendly and cleaned up when they finished
