I had contacted several building contractors to get estimates on a major home exterior project. I was highly impressed with Lenny’s personal and professional approach and the way he explained in detail about the work that would be performed, how long it would take and the suggestions he gave on what materials should be used and in discussing the possibility of unforeseen issues which could arise that would need to addressed. It was for those reasons and his ability to work within our budget that we chose to have Lenny work on our home. I found Lenny and Steve to be true craftsmen. Their quality of workmanship is absolute and their personal attention to detail insures that every aspect of the job is done right and to the complete satisfaction of the homeowner. Along with being professionals, Lenny and his team are a very personable bunch of guys. It was a pleasant experience having them here working on our home and I appreciated their willingness in taking on additional tasks such as taking down and hauling away our swimming pool – plus cutting down the tree that was growing in the middle of the pool. Overall, the results of their work in restoring the looks of our home was beyond our expectations and we are looking forward to having Lenny back for our other home improvement projects. I absolutely, positively and highly recommend ‘Tool Time Lenny’ for any and all of your home repair and/or improvement needs.

Lenny and his sidekick Steve of Tool Time Lenny are top notch! They have replaced and repaired so many things in and outside of my residence. Ceiling, floors along with flooring, moulding, doors, frames, stairs, etc. The latest project they tackled was my roof! After the major wind and snow and sleet storm, the shingles started blowing off my house and landing in the yard! Tool Time Lenny to the rescue! They tarped it off until something could be done! Lenny surveyed the situation, measured, and even took drone pics as a courtesy! It doesn’t end there! I put in a homeowner’s claim and of course it was one big pain!!!! Lenny took the time to even make a call and explain all the pertinent details in relation to the shingles, etc. So unexpected. Then Len went over materials with us for a replacement roof and it turned out exactly as he said. Lenny and his crew were professional, neat, clean, personable, and above all extremely knowledgeable and dependable! Thanks Tool Time Lenny! I’ll be calling you again as always for our next project!

I had a wonderful experience with Lenny! I called today to schedule mounting my TV and Lenny was able to fit me in immediately. He was friendly, professional, and fair with pricing. I was so impressed how he was able to fit me in and with the job he did. Thank you so much for your excellent work and customer service! We will be calling again in the future!

Lenny and Steve are definitely an interesting couple of characters. Their work is excellent, and they take a lot of pride in it. They have been working in my home for the last 13 years and I wouldn’t call anyone else. After having been ripped off by other contractors in the past I have learned my lesson. Lenny and his workers are reliable, hardworking, trustworthy and honest. I can’t say enough about this company, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Lenny England has done two jobs for me- mortaring the side of my foundation to seal the gap between the sidewalk and the cinder block, and installing grab bars in my bathroom and a railing down along my basement steps. Both jobs benefitted from Lenny’s common sense, planning, and practical advice. He asks for no deposit, and purchases the materials himself. His job estimate is fair, and in my experience, right on the money. Lenny showed up on time with his crew and completed the jobs in the time frame he told me he would. He leaves the work area cleaner than it was before the job started, and his work is skilled, thorough, and stands the test of time. Lenny England, more importantly, is someone you can trust and count on. I was comfortable having him and his crew in my house, they are all kind, decent, respectful people. Recently I had a triple track window shatter. I called Lenny who gave me good, practical, economical advice on how to execute the repair process. He offered to come to my house and take the window out for me at no charge after he finished his workday, which he did. He even disposed of the large glass shards. He would not accept payment for this kindness. He said he didn’t want one of his customers to get hurt when it would only take a few minutes. That kind of customer service rarely exists these days. I will continue to hire Lenny for home improvement and repair jobs, and I recommend him highly to my friends.

Tool Time Lenny has completed large and small projects for me for over 20 years. Lenny is creative and skilled at making a project turn out perfectly.
