We just completed our second floor renovation with Tim White and could not be happier! The crew is extremely professional, and finished our entire project in LESS THAN 3 months!! Jim provided us our estimate, in detail, and went through the entire process. They introduced us to an amazing architect who turned our dream in to a vision. Tom, our project manager, left zero concerns unaddressed and responded quickly and promptly to any issues (which were few and far between)! And Kenny graciously assisted us picking out all our master bath accessories, tiling, and flooring! We couldn’t say enough great things about our experience.

Tim White Home Improvement runs a first class operation. Their office staff, design staff, project managers and subcontractors are very friendly, talented and 100% on-time schedule every workday. Well Done everyone!

I had heard great things about this company. I alway see the trucks in the area so I called them for an estimate. I basically wasted an hour an a half with a gentleman named Ken who came to my house went over things and told me he would get back to me in a week with an estimate. 2 and half weeks go by and no one calls me so I call them and the receptionist assures me it probably is a mistake and will notify him to email me the information. Another week goes by and no email. I called them back again a week later just to see what is going on. I was surprised by the no response honestly. But I should know better. A lot of companies just put good reviews up. The receptionist was very nice but could not tell me any thing so I told her I would be getting the job done by someone else. It is not a small job either. I guess they are rolling in it if they can just toss jobs away. If you can’t get back to me with an estimate; I am sure not going to trust you with a big job like my kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Had a great appointment with worker named Ken. Wasted over an hour of my time since it’s been a couple months and never called back with an estimate. Called a few times. Seems like I was getting the run around or they just didn’t want the expensive kitchen and bath job. Also basement down the line if the above went well. Oh well that’s on them. If they can’t get back to you with a quote. How are they going to do my house.

2 years ago, we did our home renovation, family room extension and converted our small den and garage to a master suite. Despite COVID, with Tom as our Project Manager, they completed our home renovation on schedule. We’re very happy about the results!

My family and I couldn’t be happier with our choice to hire Tim White to make our dream kitchen a reality. The entire team was great (thank you Augie and Sam), but our project manager, Mike Cannavale, was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us through this process. No matter what question my wife or I had, Mike was on top of it. He constantly checked in, and provided us with honest and thoughtful advice.

Had them come out for an estimate on getting two bathrooms redone. Waited over 2 weeks and never got an estimate. Called and was told they would call me back. No message (text, e-mail, or voice). Opted for another company.

Recently we were looking to renovate two bathrooms. We got three estimates and decided to go with Tim Whites Home Improvements. The reason we went with Tim White was because it was a family run business and Tim made us feel like we were part of the family. The first step was going to the showroom to pick out everything we needed to do the bathrooms. Carly Miller, Interior Designer was the person we were very fortunate to be assigned to. Carly was very personable, extremely helpful, and all around a pleasure to work with. The Project Manager Michael Cannavale was also a pleasure to work with. He was very efficient, personable, and any problems that arose he had it fixed immediately. The Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, and the Tile men also were very efficient and knowledgeable. They never had a problem answering any questions we had. We highly recommend Tim White for any renovation you may have.

Added a bathroom. Looked around and got a few estimates. Went with Tim White. I found he was honest; and saw his trucks all around Massapequa. Great decision on my part. Couldn’t be happier. Mike was the project manager and walked me through each phase of the construction. They cleaned up each day and left the site immaculate. I would highly recommend Tim White Home Improvements to all my friends and family.
