Ben does fantastic, reasonably priced work! I had a massive problem where my house would leak uncontrollably from the inside. I was new home owner and had never hired a contractor before. I found Ben due to the good reviews, and he showed up within a day. He diagnosed that my roof was old and was installed improperly, so he got his roofer to install a new layer of shingles on the house, at a really good price. Then he was able to demolish, re-frame and re-finish the walls that suffered water damage. All the work was thoroughly and expeditiously completed. I’ll be using Ben for any renovations moving forward.

The best service!! Had an issue with cold air coming in from my range hood. Called numerous contractors, electricians, HVAC companies and no one seemed to know or want the work. Found Nico on google and saw he had a small business and decided to give him a call. So happy I did!! He came out figured out what was wrong, ordered parts and had it fixed all within a week! Even in the middle of Thanksgiving week! Wonderful experience! Thanks again Ben!

Last spring I first met Ben when he came to install a new storm door. After talking, we asked him to give us an estimate to replace a first floor powder room. The result was wonderful. From estimate to completion took about 3 weeks….no interruptions with other jobs….here every morning before 8am. He gave me guidance in buying everything needed and we are MOST pleased with the result. I just hope that soon I will have another job for Ben to don for us!!

Excellent, hands on contractor who was at the sight himself everyday supervising all the details. Ben is a very knowledgeable engineer himself and has great taste. I totally recomment Nico for your renovations without any hesitation. Ben at Nico Home improvement renovated our home in Wyckoff, including two bathrooms, removing walls, recess lighting, painting and flooring and installing chandeliers. He did a wonderful job within the time promised and within the budget he gave us. He isn’t the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but with Ben there are no hidden fees. Ben has also been renovating and managing all my rental properties. He has such great taste that I let him renovate my rental apartment’s bathroom at his own taste.

the gentleman ( Ben) came over after what I described the project over the phone. he look at the project gave me an estimate of time and cost. I asked him when is able to do it. he said he would call me the next day. he did. he came over did the project. it took 4 hours . SO EASY. I would recommend him for any PROJECT you might have. his prices also comparable to all others that I checked. THANK YOU BEN FOR EXCELLENT WORK.

Mr. Nico was puntual & very knowledgeable. He was very kind and answered all of the questions we had about our light fixtures. He even answered my questions about mounting a tv in my room and gave great tips about how to do so.
