The company did good work to remodel our 3 bathrooms. They had good suggestions for how to lay out bathrooms, and how to turn a closet into a bathroom. They incorporated our suggestions into the design. There were a few problems with the construction including an improperly vented toilet and a problem with the exhaust vents. They came out to fix these problems and I’m now happy with the work. The company is under new ownership and management, the new people are responsive and worked to make me satisfied with the final product.

[Edit at the end] We’ve used Atlantis Design twice now and will continue to use them. They are prompt, professional, and their workers and very courteous and respectful. They did a fantastic job finishing our basement bathroom – it’s now our favorite bathroom to use! They also repaired our front gate and it looks beautiful and functions well. Like any contractor, you must inspect their work to ensure they got everything you wanted done. I pointed out a couple things for the gate and they sent their guys back the next day and spent the whole day carefully ensuring the gate exceeded our expectations. Will use again in the future! Edit: after posting this review, we tried to contact them for additional work several times, all of which went unanswered. They were responsive until they weren’t. Don’t know what happened. Completely ghosted my wife and I.

Our experience with Atlantis Design and Build was excellent from beginning to end. They worked with us to develop a contract according to our needs and design. Of the six contractors we got quotes from, they were the only contractor who suggested they could build a custom designed pantry that was very important to us. Mina was a pleasure to work with and provided design guidance whenever we asked for it. The project manager and his entire crew were courteous, thoughtful, responsive to our requests and mindful of our timeline. The project began on the date we were given and ended in time for an important family event, in spite of our taking a two-week vacation in the middle of the project. They cleaned up inside at the end of every day and outside at least every other day. They are definitely customer-focused. We would not hesitate to contract with Atlantis Design and Build for future projects.

Anthony and his team saved our project! They jumped in when we were desperate and in a situation where our bathroom and laundry room was half finished and poorly done by an initial contractor. We interviewed several contractors to take over the job and then we met Anthony, where we were immediately impressed by his professionalism and understanding for how to proceed. Quite frankly, we were alarmed with all the elements that needed to be redone but given Anthony’s understanding on how to do the job right, his team swiftly jumped to action and finished our project in a matter of weeks. Denis in particular, was an amazing and talented worker. He and the rest of Anthony’s team was patient with us as we had to rethink and rework the initial layout to ensure that our bathroom and laundry room’s layout and final touches would work for our family’s needs.Eventually we had to accept that not every detail could be made perfect without completely starting over, but we are very happy that they achieved good results, they did what they said they would do, and within the budget and timeframe expected. Towards the end, they acknowledged that some of the finish details could have been better, and greater attention to detail would have resulted in us providing an excellent review, rather than a very good one. Overall, we are very happy as with all the challenges of the project, Atlantis Design came through as the best choice for us and we hope you to choose them for your home improvement needs.

It was wonderful to work with the Atlantis Team! They were professional, energetic and always willing to go the extra mile. The crew was amazing – from demo and clean up to intricate and beautiful tile work. Everyday I smile when I walk into my beautiful shower! I will definitely use Atlantis again for another project and have already recommended them to friends.
