Amazing work! Thank you to Andy Bui of Bay Area Contracting and Construction (Tampa) and the entire staff of sub-contractors for my beautiful home. They completely remodel the first level of my house and the stacked stone and paint on the outside. We installed beautiful extra large 10×72 wood-look porcelain tiles from the front door continuously throughout the main living areas. Then updated the fireplace with gorgeous new tiles and custom woodwork. Even the sides of the fireplace have a custom design. In my family room they created a one of a kind built-in wine unit / tv entertainment center based on my drawings. Finally, they updated both my guest bathroom and master bath to perfection. I found Andy to be a pleasure to work with he’s honest, polite, and a true craftsman. Everything came out perfect from the largest jobs to the finishing touches. Now people come up to me and say is that your house it came out beautiful. Andy I had a great experience working with you. I wish you and your family many blessings thank you.

Andy and his team were fantastic! We received quotes from multiple contractors, and Andy was able to offer a competitive price and timeline. They started work right away, going above and beyond to secure the materials we had picked out, and complete the work in a timely manner. They painted the interior of our entire home, including garage and doors; they installed brand new LVP flooring; they installed and painted new trim; and they installed new ceiling fans and light fixtures. Andy was professional and responsive, keeping us up to date on all the work, and checking in with us to ensure we were aligned every step of the way. He is experienced, detail-oriented, and a joy to work with. We will highly recommend him to anyone in need of work and will return to him for all of our future projects!

Andy and Kevin did a careful, efficient and precise job of replacing every window in my house over two days. I was pleased with their great attitudes and the quality of their work. I had to stay in the house during the remodeling which could have been annoying for both sides, but Andy is so good to deal with that it was almost fun. Highly recommend.

Andy, the owner / GC, and his associate Kevin completed multiple projects including replacing my flooring and baseboards, exterior and interior painting, exterior and interior general repairs ( Hardie Board, refinishing wood carport ceiling, drywall repair). Andy and Kevin worked diligently on my house for weeks, and it now looks amazing. I will miss having them here. They are pleasant, professional, detail-oriented, very knowledgeable, always on time. They maintained excellent communications and suggestions throughout these projects.
