We used Renova Contractors several months ago for a complete kitchen remodel/renovation. Our entire layout needed to change to make it more open, more modern and most of all more functional. We got exactly what we wanted! Todd, Jordan and Curtis were wonderful to work with from the early designing to the finishing touches. Their entire team deserves a 5 star review. They were also honest from the beginning with the cost, and it was very nice to have no hidden or extra fees in the end. I highly recommend them.

RENOVA contractors undertook a significant new build extension and interior re-modelling to improve our fitness center. Throughout the project, RENOVA’s attention to health and safety as we remained open the entire time was visibly the top priority. RENOVA Construction was efficient and despite a tight schedule, finished ahead of time. Minor problems were always rapidly sorted out before they obstructed progress or delayed anything. RENOVA had efficient communications at all times in a challenging build with an unusual architect design construction. Brandon their Project Manager followed up every single phone call and query and every member of the team was at all times professional and courteous. This thorough and utterly professional approach was coupled with a real understanding of our needs to meet deadlines throughout the project. Based on our experiences, I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending RENOVA contractors for similar projects and would gladly speak to any other business owner considering using them.

Our project was a complete remodeling of 3 bathrooms and full kitchen that were 30 plus years old and very dated- formica counters, hot incandescent lights, faded fiberglass showers and less than perfect fixtures. All three were gutted, minor structural modifications were made and updated cabinets, counters, lighting and fixtures were installed. Todd Pinkston, Jordan, Jennifer, Humberto and crew developed a strategy that would allow us to have full use of a bathroom while they did the demolition and installation of new materials. Those logistics were critical and they had the work scheduled and accomplished perfectly despite several permitting challenges. There were no false starts or undue delays because Todd planned ahead and subcontractors were scheduled to coordinate with the arrival of materials and products. The subs were always congenial and timely! They paid close attention to details and were also accommodating each time we came up with some additional task – and there will always be some. We thought their work was professional, clean (even though it involved trekking to two upstairs bathrooms on a daily basis) with every detail completed. Todd has a team of in-house crews and subcontractors that are all excellent tradesmen and a rapport with a wide range of businesses and suppliers that all helped move the project along efficiently and quickly. We especially appreciated Todd’s focus on our job and sharing the same goal we had of getting a great job done in a timely manner. Of course, what makes that possible is getting the design, shopping and purchases on site when they are needed. Last but not least, the final budget was right on target with the estimate and the cost of our add-ons were fair, reasonable and agreed upon. We highly recommend Todd and RENOVA Contractors for any and all renovation projects.

When working with someone closely on a major project you really get to know their character. We must say that Todd, (and crew) are the most honest, genuine, easy-to-work-with people we have entered a business relationship with. In fact, it never felt like a business relationship. It felt more like a partnership, with Todd supporting us through the entire process. Our remodel was extensive. We reconfigured spaces, redid the electrical/air conditioning/plumbing, stripped the entire ceiling to uncover the natural redwood, put on a new roof, repurposed cabinetry, flooring, framing, drywall the works. The most challenging part was that our remodel required VERY specific and intricate design details — the use of exotic materials, complicated transitions between varied materials, precise modern lines extending from the external facing to aluminum reveals in the atrium to window and door lines. (During the bidding process, one contractor walked away daunted.) Todd took on the job with confidence and executed to perfection. As a bonus, he made the process stress free which freed us to enjoy the experience of seeing our house transformed. We also appreciated that Todd was fully accessible (regular on-site meetings, email and phone even after hours and on weekends) and was hands on — not just tied to a clipboard but willing to get his own hands dirty when needed with tools and work boots at hand. And, never did we feel that we were being nickeled and dimed. It was a real pleasure working with Todd, Jordan, Andy, Curtis, Jennifer and the entire crew at RENOVA. We are thrilled with the outcome. We hired RENOVA to undertake a complete renovation of our kitchen in our 40 year old historic home in Delray Beach. This work involved removing the entire existing kitchen and rebuilding a new kitchen from the floor up. Extensive work was undertaken including removal of a structural walls, re-routing of plumbing, electrical and duct work, removal of asbestos and installation of new cabinets, flooring, lighting and built-in appliances. We were extremely impressed with the entire team. Todd is a thoughtful and kind person and an expert communicator. He provided us with a detailed quote for labor and supplies and focused our attention on the key issues involved in the renovation. He was able to reassure us about the project we were undertaking immediately. Todd was transparent with us about the potential issues we would encounter in undertaking an extensive renovation of a kitchen in an older historic home and he was reassuring throughout the project; Todd and his team were proactive and presented mitigation strategies for our consideration whenever we encountered issues. Todd brought with him expert sub-contractors and a professional and courteous team. You could tell that everyone associated with his company did their job well and were willing to go the extra mile to deliver an excellent product. His team kept our home clean and livable despite the extensive nature of the renovation project. Todd delivered an exceptional kitchen and stayed on budget. He made many suggestions about products/fixtures we were considering as well as flooring, cabinets and new doors. Many of his suggestions focused on how we could make our home more environmentally friendly. Towards the end of our project Todd went beyond the call of duty and coordinated all aspects of our work with our cabinet and countertop installers. We are more than pleased with the results, we have an incredible open design concept kitchen that has completed our home – and are already planning a new project with RENOVA Contractors. We strongly recommended RENOVA Contractors to other homeowners considering kitchen renovations.
