South Shore Contractors had the work done well and in a timely manner. Jeffrey was very helpful in making decisions from an owner’s point of view. They stuck to their estimate which was a reasonable estimate. I’ve dealt with bad remodeling contractors before and these people were a pleasant surprise. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

My realtor (Becky Sigler) recommended these guys for some of the minor repairs needed to get our house ready for sale as well as their cleaning crew for getting the house all set up for the next owner. The repairs were done by Louis (Luis?) Who was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, very open about what he would be doing to make the repairs, and all around great to work with. They got back to me with an estimate very quickly and had the repairs done within the week of me calling them to start the process. One the best contractors lve worked with in Florida, hands down.

We had a gentleman from the company named Jacob come out and he was amazing! He took time to have a conversation and was still very professional and efficient. He was also considerate about my wife being on a work call and was very detailed in his explanations as well as his instructions. We would definitely recommend. Jacob did a great job!

4 Weeks ago, I had Jeffrey come over to give a quote for repairs to my home. He spent well over an hour and a half with me discussing the repairs including taking measurements all on the inside & outside of the house. I have called the office several times and received promises of call backs and left messages several times on Jeffrey’s phone. I have yet to get a call back or even any kind of update regarding the quote. I understand contractors are busy right now, but to not even call to say that my quote is being worked on, or a hey, we don’t want to work this, or a sorry for the delay here’s your quote is very unprofessional. It certainly makes one wonder if this is what the project would be like. This was a prospective large project for them with the potential for more projects in the future, so I really don’t understand why I can’t get any type of update at all. **Update- not even a hour after leaving this review I got a call back from Jeffrey saying they didn’t want to take my project. 🙄 If it takes this much effort to get a call back, I would be hesitant to start a project with this company.*
