I did not write or post this review and am shocked to see it posted under my name. Barbara Libretti – 7/11/2024 This is the best moving service that you can ask for. Movers are not always on top of their game. Cleaners and Builders is the best in the business. I worked with David who is highly professional, energetic and smart. Do not go with the larger “name” movers. Choose Cleaners and Builders and you will get the best.

I needed some work done for my mother’s house and was new to the process. They were very understanding, taking the time to answer my questions and explain the process step by step as they went. Their guys were kind, respectful and professional. I am very satisfied with the work done. If I have anymore projects down the line, they will be the first to know.

My wife and I reached out to the company to repair some rotten boards we discovered on the exterior of the house. I spoke to David who was extremely responsive and quick to set up our services. The crew came a couple days later right at the time they said, the repairs are great quality, and everyone we interacted with was polite and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them for a bigger job in the future!

Great company, quick response, professional work. My roof gutters hadn’t been cleaned in 3 years, I called the first day and it was done the next day. Very clean, I think it will last 3 years too.

Let me just prefix this by saying we’ve had a few bad experiences working with contractors in the past. We had our porch done recently by a separate contractor, and dealing with that company was a nightmare. Material left out, never showing up to the job on the day they said, shoddy work ect….. however, THIS was the opposite of that experience. We needed a cement slab poured. First off They were able to work the job right away basically, they were there when they said they would be there, on time. They worked quickly, and cleaned up the job and materials once it was completed. The slab once it was finished came out better than I had expected. Also the main contractor running the job was very communicative. So all in all I would 100% call them back. By far one of the better contractors we’ve worked with over the years.

Recently had C&B replace a kitchen vent, insulation and drywall after a leak. They also previously gutted/renovated a walk-in closet for me. Quotes are fair and David is very responsive and easy to work with. I always keep them in mind when I have a project.
