Sloppy work done, unfinished work, doesn’t respond to messages or calls, Leopoldo is very unprofessional when he comes give the quote he speaks to you nice about him doing an excellent job on making your yard look nice but once his job is partially done it’s a whole mess DO NOT HIRE HIM FOR ANY WORK AT ALL HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HE DOESNT WORK ON THE JOB HE SENDS HIS WORKERS PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT LICENSED.. I would give this guy 0 stars but Google doesn’t allow it

My project ended up being a headache Leo promised my project to be done in 2-3 weeks this was in December 2021 I specifically told him that I wanted everything to be the same as the interior of my house for the room addition same floors same color paint. When he finally started the project a month after I gave him the first payment he came unprepared as far as materials he told us he was going to work Monday-Friday and ended up working a day or 2 and if we were lucky he came 3 times a week. Leo had a month to have been able to get most of the materials for my project and be prepared for when he started my project well let me tell you he didn’t, every time he came to the house he would have to go to buy what ever he needed for that day which sometimes left his worker waiting for the materials. And everytime he had to go buy a material he would always call to tell me he couldn’t fine it and that was very annoying because he had a month prior to the project to get everything or most of everything . It took him almost 4 months the month of march 2022 to do my room addition which he didn’t even till this day has not finished some details like finishing the insulation in the attic and covering some holes that were made during the construction. And he painted the door and baseboards the wrong color till this day has not bothered to come and fix. Leo has also a very bad habit of telling you his gonna show up and he’ll call you last minute to tell you his not going to show up, sometimes he even let a week pass by and he wouldn’t show up towards the end I would call him to ask when he was going to finish and he would not answer my calls or texts. I definitely would not recommend Leo Lopez 49rs construction all your gonna get is an unfinished project a whole bunch of unnecessary headaches and a delayed promised date
