We had our patio cover installed back in summer 2023. We love it! We had just moved to our new home in Ramona and if I had known or even thought ahead of time we would have to be dealing with flying bugs at night, I would have purchased a screened in patio. I didn’t even know it was offered. Anyways, the patio cover is great and it allows us to sit out, eat and enjoy the outdoors.

When Thomas quoted my patio. I let him know I needed to wait a few days to decided. I then found out that he placed order and required a $1,000 down payment. I reminded him that I requested to hold off for a few days. He then tried to treating me about cancelling order and said I had no choice but to pay him. I’m completely unsatisfied with Thomas. However, the owner of the company came over to fix and talk things over and make things correct. The patio overall turned out amazing and I appreciate the attention to detail and the fact that the owner of the company saw there was an issue and personally stepped in to correct. I will never work with Thomas as a service advisor again.

Everyone we worked with, from the salesman, the front desk, the owner ,and the building crew, were great. Very professional, personable, timely and the end product is beautiful. Sunroom 16’x36′ and Pergola 12’x36′ with only 4 vertical posts! Thank you Pacific Patio.

I wanted to take the time to review our new patio cover. We replaced our old rotting wood one. They truly did such a great job giving us suggestions to remove the old center pole that blocked our view and took the pole out that was going through the center of our barbecue countertop, we extended it out to the side. We also added a solid piece on the top with a ceiling fan. The work was clean and we’re so happy with our backyard. There was a little delay with the timing, but it really wasn’t an issue. I really prefer this material more. It looks so good! Thank you.

Tamara was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Little Steven and his crew were very nice, efficient and respectful while doing the demo of the old sunroom and building the new one. The new Sunroom is beautiful. I love my new Suroom.
