Pete was an excellent communicator from start to finish during our kitchen remodel. He and his crew were very professional and completed the job in the timeframe we discussed. Their attention to detail was awesome! Pete was very patient with us as we asked all of our questions. He was very easy to talk to and made us feel at ease throughout our entire remodel. I would highly recommend Casa Contracting and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Lesson learned don’t go with an outrageously low bid. I was charged for work that wasn’t completed and I found that this contractor was eager to cut corners and do work that wasn’t up to code. Buyer beware. Pete is a very poor communicator and is quick to anger. His subs are great people and I have no complaint with them. Had a much better experience with Advisor Construction!

I recently went through several companies searching for someone to redo my kitchen ceiling. Most often they flaked, if they called me at all. I found Casa Construction on Angi’s list. Kitty called me right away. Not only were they professional but they did the job in three days and made such an improvement in my kitchen. Pete suggested the removal of a partition to open the kitchen up and it truly does. I am thrilled with it and will definitely use Casa Contracting again!

Pete, Crystal, Kitty and their crews were spectacular from the first phone call to last cleanup. This was my first time hiring contractors for the remodel of two bathrooms and then the repairs our Victorian wrap around porch. The process was much easier than we thought. The guys immediately put us at ease and took care of everything we needed. Being on time was important to us and they were here each day as promised and stayed late some days. There is no doubt in my mind that they’ve done about every type of remodeling or construction there is. Even docks on lakes. The company is small enough to be down to earth and large enough to “take care of business”. Got a question? Call Kitty and you’ll have the answer quickly. They even got along with our dogs and those dogs are picky about who they are around. Thanks, Gio, Dave, Ryan and Chris.

They replaced my old tile counters in the kitchen with granite. They did a great job replacing a counter and Installing new appliances. They were easy to work with and responsive to needs.

***Update*** Another Great Project Competed by Casa Contracting This project was to replace a bathtub/shower combination, 2 vanity top changes, 2 outside door frame repairs and creation of a new crawlspace door. To start with, the crew is so easy to work with and as they had been here before (they built our beautiful deck last year) we were able to go to work and have them in our home with our dogs and feel completely safe about it which is amazing. Chrystal is great at design and provided help and direction when needed. The new bathtub/shower insert that we chose was several inches too tall which allowed for a deeper soaking tub (which I wanted) and due to a small window above it we were concerned that it wasn’t going to be possible. Pete said that they could make it happen and they did! It looks amazing and brought new life to that bathroom. The vanity tops were installed beautifully and the other work equally well done. Another important component of hiring this company is that we have found them to be more reasonably priced and reliable than other contractors we have had estimates from-Bonus! Casa Contracting is our team for any future home improvements and we look forward to working with them on our next project! Thank you Pete, Chrystal, Ryan and Giovanni! *Last Year* The team at Casa Contracting rebuilt our deck and did an amazing job. Everyone we worked with was so helpful, polite and professional and are just really nice folks! They handled our mid project changes with a great attitude. The project was on time and on budget. We highly recommend them for your next project and we will be calling on them again for our next renovation.

Casa Contracting installed a 30×20 feet deck for us. Pete and Chrystal have been great to work with. We are so happy with the work. We are looking forward to have them do more projects in the future.
