I had an incredible experience working with JNR Home Improvements. I wasn’t prepared financially to have my front yard done and John Nicholson spoke to me about finance the project. The application process to finance project was simple and fast. Patrick and his crew did an outstanding job as shown on pictures. They were always on time and these are the words I describe Patrick and his crew performance: polite, reliable, responsible, neat, organized and detailed oriented. I AM SATISFIED AND AMAZED BY HOW BEAUTIFUL MY FRONT YARD PROJECT CAME OUT. THANK YOU SO MUCH JNR HOME IMPROVEMENTS AND STUFF FOR MAKING POSSIBLE TO HAVE SUCH A GORGEOUS FRONT YARD. We hired JNR to complete a landscaping project within a certain timeframe. SCOTT WARE, our rep, promised the deadline could be fulfilled and it wasn’t. My husband had to figure it out and use cheap turf rugs to make the yard look decent for our daughter’s birthday. No problem. We called the office to make sure we could complete the project anytime since we already paid the deposit. The problem: the rep, SCOTT WARE, decided to come to my house, unannounced, and proceed to attempt to come into our yard. After he couldn’t get in, he then take out his phone and begins to take pictures of our yard as he peered over the gate. When I came to confront him, he ran. When my husband called, he lied. Scott said he called us. He didn’t. He said he thought the backyard gate was our front door. Another lie. The company has refused all accountability and has continued to ignore facts about our communication and ignored the fact that we called to confirm the contract details. Avoid at all costs. I WON’T be intimidated by the owner. My thoughts and feelings are VALID.

We had our entire backyard redone by JNR and parts of our front yard landscaping. Our backyard was a hot mess. Full of weeds and dirt due to us being in a culdesac and we have the back big lot, it was a huge project. Travis and his team were wonderful. They had to work SO hard in the hot summer AV heat and they outdid themselves. We also but in a lattice patio and that was done quickly and efficiently. I’m only taking a bit off the review due to their digging machine tearing up our front yard grass. They did replace it with sod and strips of grass but it looks pretty messy right now as we wait for it to grow back. Overall the JNR crew were amazing. The biggest hold up we had was the city permits that made our project take so long. Shout out to Patrick I think his name was who had to deal with our crabby neighbor too!

We just had turf installed in our backyard, Travis was crew leader, and they did an outstanding job! They were so helpful, answered questions, and their work was done quickly and looked amazing. We couldn’t be happier with our new lawn, and we have recommended them to others as well. Thank you so much!

Travis and his crew were top notch. They were very professional, meticulous and finished on time. We’ve had lots of compliments about or new 2 areas of artificial turf. We definitely recommend them for the A.V. and nearby areas.

Travis and his crew did an outstanding job! We put in curbing and artificial turf in our backyard, and it was done in a professional and timely manner. The JNR crew showed up on time every day, did the work they said they would do, cleaned up after themselves, and gave me daily updates at the end of the day. Travis was easy to talk to and answered any questions we had. The office staff at JNR also deserve a hand. They were friendly, flexible, responded quickly to texts and emails, and scheduled us to get our project completed before an important outdoor event we hosted. The backyard looks beautiful, and has made a huge portion of our yard more usable. I’ve already recommended them to a friend, and would highly recommend them to others.
