July 2024 Update! We brought Gilbert and his team in for some major updates to our house. He replaced the floors in our downstairs kitchen and bathrooms, re-did the tile in our shower and installed a new bath vanity. In front of our house we replaced our 12-year-old deck with an expanded deck using composite lumber, working in an ADA ramp. Every member of his team who worked at our house was polite, respectful and knowledgable. We are looking forward to bringing Gomez Construction back for any future project.

The heavy rains this past winter uncovered a roof drain failure, and downspout reconfiguration was needed. I contacted Gomez Construction, and they responded very quickly. After requesting several bids, I could not decide on the entire scope of the project, and Gilberto was very patient and responded quickly to all my questions. The project began sooner than expected and finished on time. The repairs and additional touches added were beyond my expectations. I have several other projects pending, and when ready to begin, Gomez Construction will be my first call!

I had a bunch of things that I needed done. I had bought a toilet and needed it install. I need a garbage disposer replaced. I needed a hot water heater replaced. I also needed the bathroom floor tiles replaced. The toilet was installed as well as the garbage disposer replaced immediately. When I got the estimate for the hot water heater and replacing the floor tiles for the 3 bathrooms. i gave the go ahead. They picked up the hot water heater and installed it. Started replacing the bathroom floor tiles the next day. It took a few days and long hours and it was well worth it. The workers are very professional and pleasant. They clean up very well after the job is done. I got what I wanted done, within the time frame, and within the estimate. I am very pleased with the results,
