We recently had the pleasure of working with Ron on the remodeling of two of our bathrooms, and we are beyond thrilled with the outstanding results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the entire process was seamless, professional, and truly exceeded my expectations. Communication was one of the key strengths that set Ron apart. He was responsive, transparent, and kept me informed at every stage of the project. Any concerns or questions I had were promptly addressed. Even the initial quote was more transparent and clearer to understand than other competing quotes we received for the project. Throughout the project, we were able to easily share photos and designs over whatsapp and Ron made sure our ideas and changes were taken care of by his team. The team’s punctuality and commitment to timelines were commendable. They adhered to the agreed-upon schedule, ensuring that the project was completed within the specified timeframe. This level of reliability is something I truly appreciate, as it minimized any inconvenience for my family during the renovation process. In addition, Ron and his team were very conscious of minimizing noise and our neighbors were not disturbed throughout the project which we appreciate. Ron demonstrated a very high level of expertise. His attention to detail and commitment to quality work were evident in every aspect of the project. Every detail, from the precision in installation of tiles to the installation of fixtures/doors and painting, reflects their dedication to delivering a top-notch result. The finished bathrooms look great. In addition, Ron went above and beyond and also helped us find an HVAC contractor as we wanted to replace our HVAC and water heater. Ron coordinated the HVAC project as well and ensured it was delivered on time with all the proper permits. Additionally, the professionalism of Ron extended beyond the construction phase. The post-project follow-up demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring that adjustments or corrections were promptly addressed. For example, we discovered one of the tubs was leaking and the hardware provider had given us the incorrect valve for the showers. Ron worked with the hardware provider to get the correct parts and scheduled his plumbers to come back promptly and fix the issues. In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend Ron for any project. Their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to excellence set them apart. I am grateful for the beautiful transformation they brought to my home, and I will not hesitate to enlist their services for any future projects. In fact we have already scheduled Ron to come back and install our front and back doors!

Absolutely thrilled with my master bathroom remodel. The team’s work was top-notch and they kept me in the loop throughout the process. We also removed a wall to increase the space. IGreen helped me with the design and permit process. Their communication was excellent, and the end result was simply fantastic. I was very impressed with the customer service. They went out of their way to answer my questions and offer guidance. The installers did a fantastic job, and we are very happy with the work. Especially the tile workers. Highly recommend!

IGreen Builders is a great company to work with. We build a 1,600 sq ft addition with alteration to the existing layout. Me and my wife were very hesitant to move forward with the addition we wanted to do at first, but we are so glad that we did, thanks to Igreen Builders. We couldn’t wish for a better experience. Ron and his team were so helpful with the design phase and in explaining every step which made us very comfortable in moving forward with them; they were very transparent and honest in every way. We are so grateful for the exceptional service and end results IGreen and team performed. We are so happy! They stayed on budget and more importantly finished on time as promised. Ron was our project manager and was very commutative on a daily bases on the work progress and weekly activities. We appreciated that very much. We are definitely recommending IGreen to all our friends and community!

We couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience with Ron and Tony at IGreen Builders. We purchased a fixer-upper several years ago on our dream property and were looking for a contractor to help us tell a story and create a beautiful and functional remodel that would fit within our budget. The house had potential but lacked some character and functionality. After meeting with several contractors and not being able to come up with a design we loved, we were at a standstill. After meeting with Ron we were blown away by their creative vision for design options and computer graphic presentation. From start to finish, this was an amazing experience. They delivered everything they said they would and more. They were honest, kind, and respectful. It was clear that they care deeply about their craftsmanship and every single detail that goes into a project. We loved how they involved us in the whole process. Our room addition and whole house remodel are only the beginning of our working relationship with them. We will recommend them to anyone we know who needs renovations done.

There’s a reason this contractor has all 5-star reviews. I have worked with a number of contractors over the years, on 12 different projects, involving 4 commercial buildings (1 ground up construction, 3 tenant improvement remodels) and 5 home remodels including one major bump out. The most recent project in April/May 2023 involved a remodel of a bathroom and kitchen in a condo in San Francisco. RON KNOT, the general contractor of iGreen Builders, IS THE BEST CONTRACTOR I HAVE WORKED WITH in the 30 years I’ve been doing this. His communication by phone, text, email, and WhatsApp is exceptional. He had a very clear contract (very fair). Ron pulled all permits, insured that his workers arrived on time every day and that everything was done to specifications, made sure all inspections were scheduled in a timely way and all happened on time (passed each one), and wrapped up the project by handling our very short punch list. Occasional change orders on my part were handled efficiently. He estimated the job would take 5-7 weeks, and he finished in 5-1/2. Like he said: “I’ll be outta your hair before you know it.” True. Best endorsement I can give is: he was on time and on budget and I would hire him again, no questions, period.

Working with Liron and his crew was a great experience and exceeded a 5 star experience. Throughout the bid process, Liron was thorough, accommodating, competitive and upfront on all costs and services that were required to replace our roof and remodeled our kitchen. We received a written bid that defined and covered every detail of the job. His crews were cordial, courteous, punctual, efficient, knowledgable, and professional. The site was cleaned at the end of each day as promised leaving the job site neat and uncluttered. There was continuous communication between Liron and his crew to make sure all was completed as promised–a high quality job done by craftsmen. We highly recommend IGreen Builders, and we will use them again for future projects!

Igreen builders have helped me with the design, structure plans, and renovation of our home, and we are very pleased with the work they have done. It was all done promptly and on budget, with no hassle!! It was managed by the owner, Liron Knot. He and his team have done an incredible job on the finishes and delivered on their promises!
