I’m writing this review on behalf of my parents, Betty and Lou Polovick , who do not have a Google account. Our deck is 35 years old and was in great need of repair. We reached out to a few companies who told us we would have to replace the deck and the cost was way out of our budget. We are so thankful that a friend recommended Russ! He was great from start to finish! He walked us through the process to fix the broken boards and secure the deck. He was prompt and friendly and the final bill was less than his original estimate. We could not be more pleased with the result. Thanks to Russ and his crew, our deck will last for many more seasons of family gatherings.

My wife, Kim, and I are EXTREMELY HAPPY with Russ’s Team at TOP DECK CONSTRUCTION. They recently replaced our old deck with a new one and it is nothing less than SPECTACULAR! We absolutely love the work he and his team did for us. Like other customers have noted in previous reviews, we researched all deck builders in the area and secured quotes from 5 different construction companies, but there was just something different about Russ. We felt extremely comfortable with him. For us, it wasn’t so much about price as it was about all the positive reviews he had received, his knowledge, and his enthusiasm. He knows decks! There is an old saying that comes to mind . . . If you think it is expensive to hire an expert, then wait until you hire an amateur. These guys are EXPERTS and worth every penny! Plus, he gave us a great quote which was better than most of his competitors. TOP DECK has no negative reviews from anyone and everyone that has used them has nothing but good things to say. They can now add us to their long list of satisfied customers! Prior to starting the project, Russ met with my wife and I and provided us with many options. He and his team (Dan and Rusty) were meticulous in building our new deck. They took no short cuts and were extremely detail oriented. We were extremely impressed by their dedication and work ethic. Russ goes strictly by the book and secured both the appropriate zoning and building permits before his team started working on our deck. His team removed the old deck in one day and began working on the foundation of the new deck the next day. His team worked tirelessly non-stop on hot days, cold days, rainy days, and even snow days! They really take pride in their work, and it shows! If you are considering replacing your deck, you cannot go wrong with these guys! But don’t wait too long to decide. He has a long waiting list of customers. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! They were phenomenal and we LOVE our new deck! Thank you again so much for our beautiful deck! You guys are the BEST!!!

I was in search of a new front porch to be built, and Top Deck Construction came highly recommended by friends -( I can see why) I Googled Top Deck Construction- read the reviews from satisfied customers, and viewed their outstanding work. I contacted Russ regarding my inquiry on my home improvement project. He provided me with several options, quotes, and availability to work on my front porch. When my project was set to go, Russ, Dan, and Rusty were on time and cleaned up the area. The finished project turned out fantastic. Not only were they hardworking professionals, but they were also very kind. They even hugged my dog. I loved the work that they did -from handles on the rail to the front porch border to keep the rabbits out. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Thanks, guys. Patty and Fern

I recently had Top Deck Construction out to replace my existing porch. They did a fabulous job. The new porch is lovely. They left no construction debris and there was no damage to my plants that were within the construction area. I’m very appreciative of the quality of their work and the care they showed my property.

Amazing and professional work! They built a deck on the front of our home and we love it! Highly recommend them and will definitely use them for future projects!
