Dustin and his team did a phenomenal job. Their top-notch service exceeded our expectations. When he said he was going to be there he was always on time. We initially wanted our deck repaired but with Dustin’s recommendations and explanation of the life of the products we chose to have the entire deck replaced with composite materials. We also had Dustin add lights on the railings and stairs for an added touch. We get many complements from our neighbors. We would definitely recommend 920 Deck Pro to anyone looking to have their deck replaced.

My wife and I came across 920 Deck Pro at the Home and Living show in Green Bay. We were looking around for deck builders and came across Dustin’s booth. He was extremely informative and from all the examples he showed us, his work was great. And most importantly for me, Dustin was not pushy at all like most normal “salesmen”. Dustin was timely in getting back to us when we reached out for an estimate. He was very thorough when he met with us regarding options and what needed to be done. My wife and I got on the schedule and it only took a couple/few weeks to get on the calendar and start the project. Overall it took about 3 days for Dustin and his crew to install our 20×20 deck with composite boards and railings, and all the railings and stairs we chose to illuminate. I highly suggest 920 Deck Pros for anyone looking for a great deck building company that also cares about what the customer wants.

Dustin with 920 Deck Pro did an excellent job rebuilding our deck. His high quality of workmanship exceeded all of our expectations. Dustin is very professional, on time (shows up when he says he will) and kept in communication with us throughout the project. He is friendly, easy to work with, and was willing to take time to discuss material and design changes with us and offered helpful suggestions/recommendations. Beyond his excellent work in rebuilding the deck he also had to tear off the old deck and completely removed all debris. We cannot recommend Dustin highly enough, he will do excellent work at a fair price, be on time, and accessible.

5 stars for 920 Deck Pro. I wanted to update a 20 year old deck. Dustin made the entire process a very positive experience. From the initial conversation, with his recommendations, the quote, demo and clean up of the old deck to the material handling and construction of the new deck, he exceeded all expectations. Dustin is great to work with, provides timely communication, very professional, a skilled craftsman and provides a high quality product.
