We just had Kirch Improvements build our deck and they are absolutely wonderful to work with! We love supporting family owned businesses and this is one of the best you could pick! They are very responsive, easy to work with, covers every detail with you, and so incredibly helpful to make sure you get what you are looking for in the design. Their work is phenomenal and looks amazing, we cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you for giving us the perfect deck John!

Our experience with Kirch Improvements LLC was tremendous! Everything, from John and his knowledge and experience to Jaclyn and her wonderful communication with details, was incredible! From the time John came out for a free estimate all the way through the final build, he was extremely informative and detailed. I really appreciated how clean and organized John and his crew were. They always made sure the work area and the surrounding was clean and well kept. Demo of our old deck went smooth and the entire build of the new one went flawlessly! We love our new deck! John Kirch was responsive & informative when we met with him to go over our deck requirements. His experience with deck replacements was clearly evident. When he & his crew arrived to begin the project, they were friendly and willing to answer all of our questions. The work was done efficiently & professionally, and they were very tolerant of our frequent inspections & picture taking. The finished deck is gorgeous, and all we expected it to be…there were no changes from our original plans and, more importantly, there were no surprises or unexpected developments along the way. John & his crew exceeded our expectations on every aspect of the project, and we would enthusiastically recommend Kirch Improvements LLC for deck installation or rebuild!

Absolutely thrilled to have found J Kirch when I was looking for a contractor to add a deck to my home. Workmanship was top notch. The deck looks terrific. I can’t rave enough about John and his team. From start to finish, everything was done as promised. You won’t need to follow-up with them. You won’t need to wait for answers. They’re incredibly professional, very hard working, extremely precise and responsive. Jaclyn is incredible in the office and is on top of EVERYTHING. We had the best experience and it’s because they care about their customers, they take a ton of pride in their business and their product, and they do what they promise.

We recently had Kirch Improvements replace our old, rotting, unsafe deck. The process was great start to finish. Communication was great. Easy to work with and made sure to cover every detail. Their crew was extremely efficient, always on time and super professional. The deck turned out to be better than we could’ve ever expected. Highly recommend working with them!
