We have a large 2-story deck that was showing its age (25+ years) and also clearly had some questionable construction choices. Tim did a great job identifying all the problem areas with the deck that we had spotted, as well as quite a few we hadn’t. He recommended a rebuild and worked with us on some product options to fit our price range. The quote he provided was competitive so we hired his company to do the job. Tim’s crew was experienced, professional and had great attention to detail. It was a BIG job and they completed it efficiently and with beautiful results. The deck looks fantastic and feels significantly more stable and sturdy than the old one. It was a big investment but we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

Tim and his crew are AMAZING! I wanted to replace my “death trap” of a deck and back yard with a new deck. In about three weeks from when Tim came out and bid the job, I had a BEAUTIFUL new deck. (I couldn’t even get others to respond to my emails, and the one I did, never got back to me with the bid). The crew was super polite and a pleasure to work with. Even our neighbors commented on how wonderful they were and what a great job they did. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

These guys were awesome. From the initial bidding to the completion of our project, I could not have asked for better service. Our small deck was completed in late October, so we used a limited amount before winter, but can’t wait for Spring to take full advantage. Enjoyed a lovely evening this weekend with family in my daughter’s backyard and we all are so happy with the new deck and stairs built by Spokane Deck and Covers! Removing the old concrete stairs and adding the wide stairs to the upper deck from the platform deck makes it so much easier and safer getting in and out of the house. The doggies absolutely love the top deck to view out over their dogdom. Winter weather will really make us appreciate how safe the stairs are now with the upgrade. Spokane Deck and Covers provided the best customer service we have experienced in a long time; from the design phase to the quoting to the tear-out to the install. The new deck/stairs were in on time in just 2 days and the entire team was courteous and professional. We highly recommend Spokane Deck and Covers for your new deck!
