I wanted to update our “outdoor living space” this year over time…. With the long days ibe been working at boeing i decided to reach out to a deck professionaland talk about a design and bids. We dont have a level backyard so i was open tondesign ideas. What cameron came up with was much different than i imagined. I was thrilled with the deck installation done in our tiered backyard in Everett. The team was professional and efficient, completing the project in a timely manner despite the challenging terrain. The quality of their workmanship exceeded my expectations, and now I have a beautiful outdoor space to relax and entertain in. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor living area.

I first want to say that Cameron and his team at Modernized Exteriors were a pleasure to work with. They designed and built me a stunning outdoor living area in our backyard overlooking McCormick Woods Golf Course. Their attention to detail and professionalism made the process smooth.when I had questions or concerns they were very happy to bring me up to speed, in my case explained the structural code updates I had to adhere to. They left the work site extremely clean and picked up after themselves each day. They were able to finish our job 3 days under the timeline and we couldn’t be happier. I gotta give a huge shoutout to Modernized Exteriors in Mukilteo, WA! They hooked me up with the fanciest outdoor living area ever, and man, it’s worth every penny! Their crew really knows their stuff. They took my basic backyard and turned it into a straight-up paradise. I’m talking top-notch materials, killer design, the whole nine yards. And let me tell you, it looks like a million bucks! Even though it was kinda pricey, I gotta say, it’s money well spent. This outdoor space is gonna last me a lifetime, no doubt about it. I’m super happy to tell you about Modernized Exteriors! As a nursing student, I don’t have a lot of time, so finding a company that could build our deck quickly was important. Modernized Exteriors did a great job right from the start. They really listened to what we wanted and worked hard to make it happen. What I liked most was how well they did the work. Even though I’m still learning, I could see that they were doing a really good job. The deck they built looks awesome and feels really strong and safe. They were also really good at keeping us updated and working around our busy schedules. I appreciated that a lot. Now, thanks to Modernized Exteriors, we have a cool outdoor space to hang out in.
