About 10 years ago, Casa Decks installed our beautiful Trex deck. At that time, I worked w/ George who was absolutely wonderful! He was responsive, had excellent communication skills, reliable, and he and his team did a fantastic job. Fast forward to May 2024, I contacted Casa Decks about getting a replacement board. Zak came to my home to look at the board on a Wednesday and told me “I’ll be back this weekend to replace the board. You don’t have to be here” When he did not show, I contacted him about a week later and his response was “You misunderstood. I didn’t say THIS weekend. I said in a couple of weeks”. I knew I hadn’t misunderstood him. But he’s young, so I cut him a break. A couple of weeks went by again, and I waited an additional week. I contacted him and asked when I could expect him to come out. HE NEVER RESPONDED. I am done with him. I am so disappointed because I am sure if George was still working there, I would have been treated differently. 8:30 a.m. UPDATE: just received a call from Zak. He will be here mid-July to replace the board. 👍🤞

One of the BEST customer experiences I have ever had. His was the only company that I found that would use my existing composite material and his quote was very reasonable. Zack gave me a specific schedule and followed it exactly. They showed up when they promised and always cleaned up when they left. He and his team pleasantly answered my myriad questions as they were building. They were a pleasure to be around and worked well together, creating a composite deck that will last me a lifetime. The craftsmanship was incredible and the best materials were used. I can’t say enough about this wonderful experience. Highly recommend them! Thank you!

Casa Decks constructed a wooden deck for us at our first house in 1994 which we were very happy with. When we decided to replace the wooden deck in our new house we had Zach at Casa Decks quote the job. He came back with a reasonable price which was great but even better, the work was done as he promised and we are so happy with the finished project. Two deck projects 27 years apart and I would still recommend them for honest advice and high quality work!

We absolutely LOVE our new deck. Casa Decks did an amazing job. From the first meeting to discuss design, materials, and costs, construction, and the final outcome, it was an enjoyable experience. Zach was on site everyday, he and his crew worked throughout the day, cleaned up daily, and stayed on schedule. It was exceptional to not have any hiccups. All stages from inspections, to schedules, to final outcome were all as promised and expected. No surprises and in construction.. that is a good thing. Definitely recommend this company. Thank you again Casa Decks!

My wife has wanted a deck in our backyard for 30 plus years.After researching deck builders in va beach I decided on using Casa decks to build our dream deck.We could not have chosen a better person to build our long awaited deck than George Drummond and his team at Casa Decks.Start to finish total professionalism in every aspect . All I can say is Mr. Drummond and Zack are awesome. When I got my estimate they had a 4 month wait, I was so impressed I was willing to wait. They showed up the day they said they would, did an excellent job and their price was very good. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend Casa Decks.
