Do not use All Pro Decks and Patio. I got an estimate for a patio cover and they lied to me about shoddy work they did for another customer. They tried to blame another deck company did that work which was not true. D- rating with BBB. Run fast and far from All Pro.

We had three projects built by All Pro and they did a great job with two. I decided to stain the projects myself, but when it came to the pergola it was swaying and not safe to work on. I called and was told by Justin that a free standing pergola will have some sway regardless of any added bracing. I sent pictures showing how the pergola is now leaning and video as to my safety concerns since May 2022. After much intense negotiations, All Pro D&P came out and fixed the issue and concern we had with the pergola.

I have to say, that the add-on roof, to my open deck, and the workmanship far exceeded my expectations. They gave me a clear quote, scheduled me and in 3 days turned my vision into a beautiful reality. Not to mention, the meticulous clean up they do at the end of the day. The two deck builders from All Pro Decks & Patios (Ty and Joey) did a splendid job building a ramp off my existing deck and installed gates and a deck extension off the ramp. Their design and workmanship on this project was impressive. I am extremely pleased with the results. They did not rush the job. They took their time and did the job right, in an appropriate amount of time. I will likely use the services of All Pro Decks & Patios for future jobs.
