Modern Reno did an amazing job on my new deck! At the time I booked my project, I was having trouble finding a contractor that would be able to do the job within the next six months and Clint got it scheduled promptly so I could enjoy my new deck in the Summer months. I wasn’t quite sure how I wanted the deck to look as it was around a semi-inground pool and connecting to an existing deck, but Clint’s design was creative, functional and just what I was looking for. Julianne was so responsive – anything I needed she was on top of immediately and gave me so much confidence that I could count on this team to get the job done. The finished product is gorgeous and we can’t wait to enjoy it again this summer! Thanks guys!

Clint and the Modern Reno team did a fantastic job designing and building my deck, complete with an outdoor kitchen, fireplace and pergola. I couldn’t have imagined how beautiful the deck could be and they brought it to life. I highly recommend Modern Reno. They are professional, courteous and reliable. Their work is top notch!

Clint and Julianne were great to work with – from the initial phone contact and estimate, to the completion of our beautiful deck. We had our original wood deck replaced with TimberTech composite. Clint did a great job – started on time as promised, and finished the entire project in five days. The workmanship was excellent and we have received MANY compliments about how good the deck looks. His price was very competitive and fair. I would highly recommend Clint!

I have nothing but great things to say about Modern Reno. Clint was awesome to work with. He was very knowledgeable, made great suggestions, and finished the job start to finish in only a few weeks. From the original walk through and estimate to the finished deck, even with the winter weather it was still done faster than I ever imagined and it’s beautiful. Exactly what I wanted and can’t wait for spring to be able to use it. They seriously went above and beyond. I just wish I had more outdoor projects because I would use them again every time.

Freshly landed in DelCo and in desperate need of a sturdy fence to contain our active mutts, we hit the jackpot when Clint was one of the first to respond to our frantic inquiry and who happened to have an early opening. He was courteous, timely, careful in his measurements and discussions with us about needs and options, and obviously took pride in his work. All of that came through beautifully in a gorgeous and highly functional stretch of privacy fence that withstands the bounciest rounds of fetch. As new homeowners, we’re gonna keep Clint on speeddial!

Clint and Modern Reno have done multiple projects for us. He has added a deck on the back of our house, gave us all new doors indoor and out and even fixed a few things from a previous contractor, that didn’t work out so well. Clint is always responsive, courteous and always up for whatever project we need completed. We will be using him for more projects in the future.

Clint was great to work with, he was prompt to appointments, very responsive to questions, and fairly priced. His follow thru on all aspects of the project were wonderful. We would absolutely hire him for future needs. Cant wait to spend time on our new deck.
