I just had my deck installed with Cascade Fence and Deck, and they have exceeded my high expectations. The final product is everything I wanted. From our first interaction with Mike, to our install with Seth (our Foreman) and Rhett (our craftsman) the staff was amazing. Even when we had minor issues they were willing to do everything that we asked to make sure we liked the outcome. Given the opportunity to work with them in the future I would definitely do so. No doubts, if you pick them for your project you will not be disappointed.

I have called Cascade Fence & Deck twice now seeking to retain their services for deck-related repairs. Although Cascade Fence & Deck was unable to assist me due to the nature and scope of my projects, they, and Kelli Wright specifically, were nonetheless extremely gracious in referring me to other contractors who could and did (and were equally excellent and people of integrity). Kelli was warm, kind, enthusiastic, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. She had no obligation to help me, and yet, she went the extra mile. In the future, when we are ready to replace our decks, Cascade Fence & Deck will be the first place that we call. We will remember their kindness to us.

We are so happy to have a covered patio! We just had the acrylite cover installed with the solar cool white panels and I’m happy with the amount of light our living room still gets. Excited for summer, now to get some outdoor furniture!

Eion and Seth were outstanding! They text every morning when they were on their way and explained each day what they would be doing. They worked incredibly hard and in some ugly weather conditions! We are delighted with the finished deck. Would highly recommend

Cascade recently rebuilt my porch and I am very pleased with how everything turned out. I messaged the job foreman a day after everything had been finished, noticing a small cosmetic issue, and they came the next day to fix it. The work was done quickly and at appropriate hours. Everyone on the team treated my family and I with respect. I would highly recommend them for any projects you have. -Charles S.

My wife and I inherited a 20+ year old fence from the previous owners and eek’d out every last bit of life! I called several deck and fencing companies in the area, and Cascade was by far and away the most responsive. We had a virtual estimate to start, an onsite estimate after that, a Project Manager walk-through was third, and then finally the Craftsmen confirmed all of it when they arrived to do the demo + start the build. Color me impressed! Every interaction with the team was friendly and overall just very professional. The day of our build, Dylan and Rory were exceptional. Both of the guys on-time, kind, and communicative. We could not be happier with our fence, with our service, and with our decision to go with Cascade Fence & Deck. Well done!

We had a full deck take down/rebuild. Michael and Devan are experienced did a beautiful job. They were respectful of our space, responsive with our questions, and friendly. Our start date was earlier than quoted, and the team was flexible with a few changes we requested. I highly recommend Cascade Fence and Deck.

I waited to review this til we had experienced both winter and summer. We had our existing deck ~11’x12′ resurfaced and our large ~20′ x 14′ awning replaced by Cascade. I liked that they initially sent out a sales person to discuss and prep a quote and then followed it up with a contractor to review what the sales guy said “of course we can do that” to confirm. There was only one odd request I’d made that couldn’t be fulfilled. They sent in subs on the job because of timelines, but their sub was great — very good at communicating and honoring my requests for some tear down materials to be saved. Workmanship was great and fast. The sub noticed one wood section was too marred to use and arranged for replacement. All in all, it was a challenging job and they identified problems, thought on their feet, discussed solutions before implementing, and implemented what we discussed. Perfection there! The materials six months out: we had 6×6 beams and posts installed. They have big cracks in them. They look stable, and I realize good wood costs a lot of money. We paid a lot. I’m just disappointed in the quality they used. Follow-up: we had some flashing paper showing so the crew came back and put a cedar molding over it. Looks great now and they were prompt. Billing: We actually had to bug them to bill us the remainder! We didn’t mind, but FYI. Half down. Of note: the screws and “bolts” used are really a large screw with a fake bolt around it. Imo, it’s pretty much what EVERY one of these decks is using, so it’s not a criticism of Cascade, but FYI. It’s cosmetic. It doesn’t change the integrity, imo. And the parts themselves are quality.
