Mtjcontractors 4 years agoMike and Ed are too notch! They completed a HUGE whole house project for us and did it in a timely and cost effective manner. They saved us money wherever possible, but made sure everything was done right. They did not stop until we were 100% happy. Mike went above and beyond when he didn’t have to. I will absolutely hire them again when I need more contracting work done!

Kingdom Renovations LLC 4 weeks agoJason Flynn owner operator of Kingdom Renovations out of Ravenna, entered into a contract with my husband Jim and I Paula. Since December 30, 2020, to put a basement in under our existing centennial home. We gave him $20,000. to be placed on his schedule, which was half the cost he estimated for the job. And another $10,000. when Flynn started our project May 25, 2021. Leaving the last installment of $10,000. to be owed to Flynn at the completion of the job. Four months later at the beginning of September. Flynn hands Jim an invoice for $5,000., to continue/finish our basement. Calling it a “good faith payment”. Jim and I discussed this and decided we will not be paying Flynn anymore. Considering the job didn’t even look half done. Abandoning the job we paid him for, till he was forced by the courts to return, two years later. He has more or less abandoned the job a second time. Because Jim and I still refuse to pay him anymore. We have been living in a garage, because of Jason Flynn’s neglect and breach of his own contract. The photo is the last time he’s been out here June 28, 2023.
