I would not recommend this company as their owner has integrity issues, communicates poorly, and makes promises that aren’t kept. If this is all acceptable maybe they’re the right company for you. Nice people, but have literally no idea how to run a company.

On time and professional, but quoted me an astronomical 18k for a 200 sq ft deck on pre existing concrete. Over double what other companies quoted me. Not sure the added premium is worth it to go with this company.

Our deck is beautiful, Mike was very professional with his communication and always showed up on time and they gave us the best price compared to other deck companies we quoted. Very happy with our experience and definitely recommend Dayton Decks!

Working with Steve was a pleasure. He was timely, efficient, personable, and did an awesome job. Steve and Nate took on a deck repair job in 20-30 degree Ohio December weather and had such positive attitudes the entire time. Steve was very professional and explained all the work he and Nate were doing along the way. (Solid pricing too!) I strongly recommend Steve and Dayton Deck Source

Steve was awesome! His price was reasonable, he was incredibly flexible, and an overall nice guy. His crew was hard working and kind as well. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. The deck they built is beautiful and was done at a reasonable cost. He doesn’t sub – he’s there from quote to finish. We’ve worked with many, many contractors and he has been by far the best. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Steve and his team do a great job! They just finished a beautiful deck for us on a hill side. Two levels, diagonal corners, wide steps, and a nice built-in bench. Quality work and good value.
