This company is great to work with. They are reliable, provided the lowest quote for our project, and their employees are very professional. We needed our hillside stairs and walkway replaced, which required extensive foundation work. Despite the complexity, they left the work area very clean and even painted an outside wall they had dirtied during the project. From Eryk, who provided the quote, to Jake, the foreman, everyone did a great job. This review is well-earned. I definitely recommend them. (Note: virtually all their non-five-star reviews are due to delays in getting quotes, not the quality of their work.)

We’ve used Dayton Deck & Fence for several projects at both of our homes. Jake handled the planning, and Kenny managed the projects. They did a superb job, and I consider them the best wood deck builders in Dayton. When we moved to another city, they redid a large wall for us and rebuilt a bridge across our backyard creek. Their work is amazing, and they also added a fence for a private garden. They are fast and trustworthy. I highly recommend the entire team.
