For two years, I dreamed of a nicer patio than the builder grade concrete slab. Rosewood is the only company that presented an affordable option for my patio dreams that far exceeded my expectations. They were curious and responded to my many questions in a timely manner throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them.

I had been trying to look up service companies to take up our Patio Project. Out of the five contractors that we shortlisted 1. Superior Construction and Remodelling LLC, 2. Kyle’s Rosewood Homeservices 3. Great Day Improvements LLC 4. Valverax LLC Kyle ‘s quote worked well within our budget and the time period to complete was something that aligned within our patio project phase as well. He was very prompt to come and take the measurements of our space that needed to be enclosed. We also did request to add a fan to our newly made Patio space which was not in our initial but he was able to help us as well. I have not had an experience where I have been treated with kindness and given importance and followed up after the project as well. The electrician who came by to fix my fan : Storm? or a peculiar named girl came by with her colleague who came to patch the little space between the swing door and the step. These folks were just the best and very detailed in answering all my questions. They also ensured everything was in working order and the place was cleaned up ( the cardboard and packaging of the Fan) I could not have asked for more. And another neighbor of mine also got his Patio made from Kyle as well!! They did it again 🙂 Thankyou Team Rosewood !!!

It was an enjoyable experience to have Rosewood Home Services do our patio. Nathan, the deck and patio specialist , and Jon, the project manager, kept me informed regularly and ensured all project steps were completed. The follow-up on each phase was very impressive and very professional. I hit a home run when I hired Rosewood. This is an organization that thrives on ensuring the finished product is perfect and the customer is satisfied.

After 10 years of wanting to remodel our kitchen, we were FINALLY ready so finding the best contractor for the job was extremely important to us! Kyle Ledyard at Rosewood Home Services came highly recommended by a designer that had worked with him on previous remodels. As a designer myself, I valued her opinion since she knew first hand of his work ethic, dependability, skills & knowledge. We are so thankful we chose Rosewood because we were extremely pleased with the process & thrilled with the end result. We also valued their organization & the very detailed scope of work & budget that were provided to us before we started. Our project manager, Jon, was incredible to work with & that is extremely important since, as a client, you work so closely with him on a daily basis. He was in constant communication with me & he always had a firm grasp on the project. Every phase transitioned seamlessly into the next & I always knew Jon was anticipating the next step & planning ahead for it. Because of that, we had a steady flow of work happen & no time spent wondering or waiting. Kendall was also an integral part of our remodel. His carpentry skills shaped our kitchen into what we had envisioned. I’m so thankful for the entire team’s attention to detail, their 24/7 availability & their unified desire to creat my dream kitchen!

First time working with this company. I would definitely use again and I would highly recommend. Each step of the job was well communicated and they were easy to contact when I had questions. Their response time was timely. Project was completed timely as well. The finished deck/patio area and railing was exactly what we asked for and looks great!!! Nathan was great to work with !

Rosewood Home Services were highly recommended to us by a neighbor and they did a fabulous job replacing our back deck and stairs. They were reliable, professional, and great carpenters. Nathan was great on the front end and Jon was an expert project manager. We would highly recommend them.

Rosewood Home Services did amazing job building our deck with hot tub set inside. Included access door for the Hot Tub electrical work. Great to work with and helpful on the job schedule.
