We are extremely happy with our deck built by Deck Plus. Greg Handzlik listened to our needs and made great suggestions. The design, materials, and construction met all our expectations for accessibility and usability while blending esthetically with our house . It replaces a rickety, awkward set of stairs and provides a sturdy and spacious grilling and sitting area level with our screened porch. While there was a delay getting some materials mid-project, it all worked out well. We are enjoying the deck daily!

The Porch with a Cathedral ceiling and roof was built very professionally by Deck Plus and the finished product is a beautiful and valuable addition to our house. Deck Plus exceeded our expectations.

Eric and Bill did a great job consulting from design phase through construction to make sure every detail/request was addressed. I appreciate their communication, accountability, and thoroughness to modify the plans/design mid-construction. Great project management skills. I would use them again and am thoroughly enjoying my new deck and outdoor kitchen.

Just had Deck Plus build a new deck for our home. My wife and I are very pleased with how it came out. The workers were professional and did a great job. Our construction contact was quick to respond as well. We worked with Greg in sales and was very helpful throughout the process and check in with us in case we had any concerns. Deck Plus did an amazing job on our 3 Season Sunroom. It is absolutely beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. We are spending almost everyday out here since completion. Ace, Bill, Thomas, Chris, Bruno and all the workers (electrician, painters, roofers, and floorer) did an amazing job. The price is absolutely fair and awesome. Our neighbors are loving it just as much as we are. Deck Plus kept us informed every step of the way, they were professional and courteous. We highly recommend them for your project needs.

I love my screened in porch by Deck Plus. Start to finish all the consultant, contractor, work crews were great. All the work was professionally completed. They manage the pace of materials delivery and refuse clean up with great precision. There were small storage spaces for supplies and neighboring construction obstacles each crew had to contend with throughout. Each one was polite and professional. Deck Plus comes highly recommended from me.

Amazing! We love our new porch – exceeded our expectations! The quality, service and craftsmanship is superb! Greg and his team made great recommendations and ultimately built exactly what we wanted. We also ended up having them install a patio with pavers next to the porch. I recommend them 100%.

We just had our new sunroom addition completed by Deck Plus and we are absolutely thrilled. The project included EzBreeze stacking windows, a new outdoor patio, as well as travertine pavers inside and out. We were pleased with the price that Eric Kent gave us and the project manager, Bill Mullis kept the project moving at a pace we were satisfied with. Overall we couldn’t be happier with the results and I would absolutely recommend Deck Plus for your outdoor renovation projects.

Signed a contract to build a deck with Trex boards and railing. It was very expensive but we wanted the best quality and after our research and reading the reviews, we thought it was going to be worth the high price. Unlike many deck companies, they have a project manager to be responsible for every step of the building process. There were many mix-ups throughout the build. Wrong color Trex delivered for the picture framing perimeter, unlevel deck. There was only 1 guy who did all of the framing by himself. I watched off and on as he worked and just knew that something would not go smooth, trying to construct all of the framing by himself. I included skirting around the deck and a door and explicitly showed the PM, where I wanted the door. The carpenters put it on the wrong wall, so they had to redo that. When it came time to stain the skirting and wood parts of the railings, the painters came out when it was 40 – 45 degrees F. I told them they should not be staining below 60 deg. but they stated that above 40 is fine. I told them that I spoke to Sherwin Williams store and even they stated it should be 60 deg. They came back another day and it too was 40 deg., so I kicked them out and told them to finish on a day when it was 60 deg. That took another month. The finished product looks great but I do not think it was worth the high price.
