If I could give TriPoint 10 stars, I absolutely would. Every detail from the initial contact, to permits, to the final inspection was truly a great experience – especially watching the crew work! Cost is also extremely competitive as others have noted. Our project was small (12×10 screen porch) by comparison to other projects TriPoint has done, but we never once felt like we weren’t a priority. Every email was answered within minutes of sending, even after-hours and John even took the time to show up on-site as the project was wrapping up which I felt was above and beyond. The craftsmanship speaks for itself but what truly makes TriPoint special is the people. John, Michaele, Adrian, Antonio, and everyone else – we can’t thank you enough!

Best experience I ever had with a contractor on work in any capacity. I had a new screen in porch and deck ready for painting within one week of when the work started. Efficient, on time and they say what they are going to do. I have many neighbors interested in having deck work done by Tripoint decks. Could not be happier.

I rarely write reviews and seldom promote businesses but our experience with this company is notable. Activities were well orchestrated from design to completion. Jon and his team did all the heavy lifting, figuratively and literally. Everyone was kind and respectful of our family and property, cleaning up daily, not arriving too early or working too late. The end result is simply beautiful and exactly what we requested. Highly recommend!

The crew did an amazing job! We checked with 7 different contractors and TriPoint quote was the best by far; fair price and unbeatable times. Excellent communication and service since the beginning of the project until the last moment. Our open deck looks great, even our neighbors were surprised by their efficiency and professionalism. They took care of the permits, and any adjustments needed to get our project done. We would definitely recommend their services!
