My wife and I decided to replace a cedar deck that I constructed in 1990. We checked out various companies that advertised as deck specialists but found that many of them had limited experience and very few references. After going to the Decks Unique office in Commack and meeting with the office manager, Kyriel, we made an appointment with Nick, one of their salesmen. Both were extremely knowledgeable and were very responsive in providing a quote to construct a new 26 x 22 deck using our existing superstructure. We hired them and they showed up on the agreed upon construction date with a crew consisting of Lou, the owner, Manny, his foreman and four craftsmen. Their experience was obvious immediately and it was reassuring to have Lou leading the construction team. The entire crew is extremely professional, efficient and their craftsmanship results in a beautiful deck that we will enjoy for many years. We highly recommend Decks Unique if you are considering a replacement or new deck. Gary

Decks Unique’s showroom was wonderful. Kyriel helped me pick out colors for my Trex deck. Workers were polite and neat, workmanship was outstanding. Great company!!

Professional estimate with 3D CAD image included. One day rip out and one day install. We moved up the schedule due to a cancellation but turn around from estimate to compleation was going to be quick anyway. Would highly reccomend for a new or replacement deck.
