When hiring a contractor, pay attention to their core values they build their business around because it will come out in their service. This company is doing it right!

Serda Remodeling 4 months agoFreddie and Mary and their staff were really wonderful to work with on our recent full kitchen remodel of our split level 1990 home. They communicated well from day one and are extremely honest and straightforward about the whole process and their pricing (which was very fair). What I appreciated most about Serda was their guidance through the process and their willingness to be creative, as our design vision (a midcentury inspired kitchen) was a bit different than their previous projects. The custom cabinets turned out exceptionally beautiful, and the whole kitchen turned out beyond our expectations. We were happy with the products and finishes they have to choose from, and that they were willing to work with us to acquire the items we wanted that were less conventional. Any big renovation will have unexpected things pop up, and Freddie was always on top of any questions or concerns. They were realistic about their timeline and finished ahead of schedule! We renovated our bathrooms a few years back with a different local company, and we wish we had known about Serda at that point. The quality of their work and professionalism is above and beyond! Literally zero complaints. We will absolutely work with them again and highly recommend their work and their professionalism.

Sandau Construction Co. Inc. 7 months agoSandau Construction is the best construction company that we had the experience with living in our house. Ryan is very knowledgeable sales person, not pushy, patient. He even showed all features of the Provia windows in the show room. Dan is extremely professional & great project manager. The installation team leading by Wayne who knows every detail about the windows was incredible! Dee-the office manager was very helpful with all our requests. Overall windows look absolutely beautiful, we want to thank you the company for the quality work & recommend them to everybody!

Mahowald Builders 4 years agoPurchase trees from Sparky 10 years ago and did again for new home. Couldn’t be more pleased. We brought two other couples to the farm and they were so impressed with the quality of the trees they each purchased. In total we purchased over 40 trees! Neighbors have reachef out to inquire where we went. Great care to detail, friendly and fair pricing.
