We worked with Deck and Basement to screen in our covered deck. They were wonderful to work with. We appreciated their customer service as they walked us through the process and answered our many questions. The crew was professional and completed our project in 2-days. We were very impressed with the quality of work and the care they took to add screening to the underside of the deck. Each individual section was screened and framed. The addition blends in seamlessly with our existing railings and we’ve had no issues with the large screens that were installed. Working with Deck and Basement was one of the best decisions we made; we LOVE our new screened in porch!

One of the best companies in twin cities to work with and superior – professionalism, quality of work, customer service and price. We have extremely good experience and a wonderful deck. They were very responsive to our change order and were done with building new deck in less than a week of actual building it. I would highly recommend them.

Asked for a quote from this company – ended up going a different direction to complete the project. They followed up asking if I was still interested. I told them the work was complete. They followed up again, and again… Take me off your distribution list – my project is complete and I do not want to work with your company for any future work.

This company was one of the only companies that I contacted that actually returned my calls and came out to look at my project. They were in constant contact with me and answered my questions promptly. The crew that worked on my deck were so efficient and the office crew/rep keep up their communications thru out the whole project. The deck looks great and feels so much more sturdy that the one that was torn down. They also really cleaned up the site very well and fast after the job. Which I really appreciated as I hate mess in the yard. When the rep and the city inspector came to look at the final projector their was a question about the removal of the old footings. The rep was gracious and said he would remove them for me at no charge as I was injured. Kindness like that isn’t something you see everyday! Love the deck – super job to all!

Good looking deck. Their team keeps blaming on the wood prices due to Covid but I was over charged for simple aesthetics. I also thought one of their owners who deals with payments can talk to the customers better. Average experience overall – not sure if I will recommend.
