From start to finish outdoor solutions was great. Requested a quote and same day Derek contacted me back and came out. Told me the deck would be started by mid July, and the deck was completed before that. The quality, workmanship and professionalism by Derek and his crew were outstanding. 10 out of 10 recommend.

We used Outdoor Solutions Inc. for a complete deck teardown and rebuild, and couldn’t be happier. Sean and John were a blast to work with, and you could tell that they truly cared about the quality of work that went into the project. They would check in and make sure everything was being done exactly as we wanted it along the way, and consistently made sure we were happy with the progress. Great work, great quality, and great people! We will be using Outdoor Solutions Inc. for all of our future projects, and will absolutely be recommending them to all of our friends and neighbors.

Highly recommend! We were trying to find someone to replace and remodel our deck. From my very first conversation with Jim it was obvious they care about their customers. The quoted price was competitive compared to other local companies and they really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. John came out multiple times to review options with us. John and his team (Nick and Alex) were efficient and kept us in the loop along the way. They did flawless work and left the yard looking immaculate. Couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out!

We worked with Outdoor Solutions recently to demo a deck built by a prior homeowner and install a new Trex deck. The guys on the job (Josh and John) did a great job, communicated well, were on schedule, picked up after themselves, and spent a lot of time with us reviewing plans and having us select materials. The deck is solidly built and looks great! They also referred us to another good contractor for a paver patio install around the deck. Jim was great to do business with, extremely professional and detailed on the scope of work. My project was replacing deck railings to ADI Cable and balcony to Trex. Chris did the installation and was nothing short of phenomenal. He was kind and work was impeccable. Job site was clean and overall experience was fantastic. Update: Derek is still going on sales calls and screwing people over for over 10k. Outdoor solutions is still letting him scam people!! He’s even being taken to court. I filled led out the contact form online and they had an employee, Derek, come out to my home to give me an estimate. He told me they were too busy but he would do the project himself using Outdoor Solutions License. After that was a huge mess trying to get my down payment back after he ghosted me. Don’t make the mistake I made. .

We had a beautiful deck built in 2019. Over time, some of our boards slightly lifted at the top of the landing as well the gate shifting slightly. Even though it’s been years, and may have been out of warranty, Jim had one of his crew come and repair at no charge. They really stand by their work and I highly recommend Outdoor Solutions!!!

We had our deck tear down and build done by Outdoor Solutions Inc. late summer of 2022. The finished product turned out much better (appearance and quality of construction) than we could have imagined. Jim and Christi Funk, the proprietors, were very easy and friendly to work with. Jim was very informative in helping select the material and describing the process. He was great at describing the qualities of TREX materials and the type of railing that would be best. His crew, with Josh as the lead, was very thorough and conscientious in doing the work. They definitely wanted to do the job the right way. Bottom line, we have a very beautiful deck at a very reasonable price. People comment on how well it fits our house. For area of improvements’: project start date could be better planned and material delivery could be better coordinated. Outside of this, we are very happy with work done on our deck.
