Wow! We are so amazed the way Dan and his crew transformed our deck into a maintenance free masterpiece with a signature back wall lighted feature. Dan and his crew were AMAZING to work with! We needed portions of our deck redone-including stairs and railings-to make it fully maintenance free. The stairs proved to be a bit more challenging than initially anticipated, but they just kept problem-solving the issue for the best results possible where others may have just covered it up to get the job done. I am fully confident in the quality work they’ve done for us and highly recommend Northern Outdoor Living to anyone who needs a deck or patio. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Dan Pettit and his Northern Outdoor Living guys replaced the flooring, handrail system, and fascia on our old deck. He was responsive when we asked him for a proposal and then a bid. He proposed a limestone epoxy material that provided us a deck flooring with no risk of deterioration. He designed an attractive deck with accent borders and main decking material. He replaced the old wooden handrail with an aluminum rail-and- cable system that has very much improved our view. He suggested an expanded fascia covering on the deck piers and main beam. His price was competitive. Best of all, his group came when they said they would, they completed the job quickly and on schedule. They worked every day except one from the start of the project to its completion. The quality of work was outstanding. We highly recommend Northern Outdoor Living and Dan Pettit, its owner.
