In March 2024 I retained this company to build a roof over our restaurant patio, paying them $60,000 of the $120,000 total. Construction was going to be completed around June 1, 2024. I waited 2-3 weeks to hear from them when they were going to start, and eventually I started asking: do you have a drawing, a permit, etc. In mid April they came up with a drawing that did not represent what was contracted for, and still did not have a permit. They made another drawing in May, still wrong, and, by May 27, they came back and told us that the City Engineer would not allow the project to be built as agreed in the contract. When a construction company signs a contract to build something with a specific deadline, it is reasonable to expect that the company has done its due diligence and knows it can deliver on its promises. We agreed to let them come up with an alternative plan that could be built. They promised one would be done in 2 weeks. Some 5 weeks later they came up with something that does not even fit the conditions on the ground – like existing doors – so according to their design, people would have to walk through walls to access the patio. Throughout the 5 months of torture, we pointed out a lot of mistakes and omissions, and requested that they stop and refund the money. It was painfully obvious how inept and ill prepared Justin Brower and Mark King are. They are lost. They do not take notes. They come to planning meetings without a measuring tape (we lent them one). They do not communicate with any sense of urgency. They just don’t get it. Seems to be a company made up of Beavis and B-head. A company whose name appears to have one vowel misspelled. You figure out which E should be an I.

I had 2 decks that were over 30 years old torn down and replaced. Infinite Decks was my first and only choice because of the reputation of quality work. Jordan and his crew were very friendly, informative. and highly skilled in their trade. The decks look fantastic and are a far, far, cry of what they were before in terms of materials and build quality. These decks will last long after I am gone. Mark runs a great small company. I love contractors who know exactly what they are doing and do it well. I have had plenty of experience with the opposite of that. I highly recommend Infinity Decks if you are in the market for a new deck to complement your home.

It is my great pleasure to recommend Infinite Decks. Not only are they terrific builders, but their customer service is second to none. Mark King and his fabulous crew built our TimberTech deck. We love it and have received numerous compliments from our friends, family, and neighbors. The quality of their work was consistently top-notch. The building crew, which are his employees, are professional, polite, courteous, and unbelievably neat. They always tidied the work site at the end of the day. When questions or issues arise, they are handled immediately. That said, I found that the honesty of Mark was beyond impressive. When we realized that the railings were black instead of bronze, Mark looked me in the eye and said that he ordered the wrong color, and without hesitation, he said that he would make it right. We soon realized the black complemented our deck and decided to stay with that color. However, he still felt terrible and replaced our front porch railing with the same material at no charge – unheard of these days! Mark will work within your budget and give you the absolute best your dollar will buy. For these reasons and many more, I will gladly recommend Infinite Decks to anyone wanting a quality, one-of-a-kind deck. They are simply the best! Nancy Wynn Plymouth, MN

Obsessed with every project they post — my only wish is they shared even more of their project photos + process! Long time fan, just saving up to eventually invest in a new deck for our dogs to sunbathe on… let’s be honest, it’s going to be totally for them.

Infinity pleased! Mark is a perfectionist and Jordan is a master deck builder. They built us an elevated deck supported by Goliath Tech helical piers rather than concrete footings. When the county inspector came out to sign off on the finished job, he said it was the most solid well constructed deck he had ever seen. The project manager for our current interior remodel has complimented us on the deck more than once. If you think Mark’s prices are high, it’s because he chooses top of the line materials to ensure things don’t settle and shift and change with the weather so that it looks just as good many years after he finishes the job. He finished our deck three years ago and it looks just as amazing today as it did then. Contact Mark in January if you plan to get on his build schedule the following summer, he fills up early.

Great company to work with! Rick and Jordan were very responsive and had great suggestions for what would look nice without breaking the bank. The three deck builders were kind and knew what they were doing. The deck is beautiful!

We recently decided that our deck, which was original to the house (built in 1993), needed to be replaced after it was getting overly creaky and unstable. We met with several top deck builders to get estimates and design quotes. We were impressed with all of them, but Infinite Decks was the only one who was willing to figure out a design issue in order to bring it up to code. By far, this made them the best design. When it came to installation, I was continually impressed with the high quality materials and design. The new drilled pier post foundations are fantastic and they make my old footers look like childs play. Several times we had to make adjustments on the fly and they were always very accommodating and responsive, which is very important to me. They really did an awesome job all around and have even been responsive and helpful POST job finish, which is also refreshing to see, as some folks forget about you once the work is done. We absolutely love our new deck and expect that it will likely outlast us!

Mark and his team provide exceptional design, quality, service and value in remodeling our deck. We had an aging wooden deck with soft spots and rotten wood. They removed the flooring and railings, reinforced the support structure, and expanded the foot-print. The composite material they used has stood up very well. Annual maintenance is nothing more than hose-spraying in the spring with a light brushing when wet to remove the winter dust and grime. That’s it. The added touches he recommended such as two colors of composite flooring with a darker parameter and lighted railings added a splash to the deck. Now-several years later–we love the deck as much as when they remodeled it. In the interim–Mark has stopped by–timely and at no charge–to reattach a couple of flooring boards that became loose. We have nothing but praise for Infinite Decks and Mark’s team.

Infinite Decks provided us a custom design that complemented our home. The design featured an upgraded composite, a dressier railing, and a curve to add the additional square footage we were hoping for. We also added a water diversion system and finished underdecking to use our patio as an outdoor living space. Mark and his team built exactly what we were hoping for, were responsive, and kept us informed throughout the build process. We are looking forward to sharing the deck with our friends and family.
