Overall we are very pleased with the product and installation team. Levi, Noah, and the other guy (sorry been a few months – forgot his name) were very hard workers and produced high quality results. They were open to suggestions and never complained about minor changes we asked for. In addition, Levi added some nice finishing trim around the base of the posts that really added a polished look to the deck. The end result is very high quality and we definitely recommend Green Shield. The only room for improvement (for Green Shield as a whole) i could suggest would be in communication. Our original salesman left the company; it seemed like no one took over for him and there were no conversations prior to the project beginning to confirm everything. We had some disagreements about what had been agreed upon since not everything had been documented by the salesman, and in his absence someone from Green Shield should have gone over the project with us before work began. Additionally there were 4 different days i made arrangements with my work to be at home when the project started and each day i sat around until noon waiting and waiting and eventually calling the office to be told there was a delay and they would be out the following day. That’s fine but i shouldn’t have to wait around for hours to find that out, nor should i have to be the one calling the office to find that out. Additionally, it takes multiple calls to have someone call you back. All in all, we are happy with the product and the installation and everyone at the office was polite and friendly, there’s just some gaps in communication 5/5 product 5/5 worksmanship 3/5 communication 4/5 overall
