I had solar shades installed for our sunroom. What a different already. It is noticeably cooler. Communications were clear and the payments were smoothly handled. The installers were great (friendly, explained the use of the remotes and cleaned up after the project). When I have a new project, I will call KCCS Construction. Great company!

The guys did a great job. They arrived on time and worked throughout the day finishing all projects. We had several jobs for them from installing a retractable awning, to running a water line, to shed repair. All of the work was timely accomplished and certainly met and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Ken and his staff for any residential work needed to be done. Also, Angie in the office does a great job keeping you advised on the status of scheduling the project. She plays a very important role assuring the client that their project is being carefully managed. THANKS GUYS!!!! We will definitely be in touch as future needs arise.

Very very pleased with the services from KCCS. Starting with Ken who came out to look at the job site and making a recommendation, to Angie helping with the design, then ending with the delivery and installation. The installation crew of Will, Ryan, Bishop, and Paul were prompt, courteous, meticulous, and left the work area as neat as they found it. Only hiccup was the delay in shipment due to the Key Bridge accident – can’t blame them for that. So they did such good job with the terrace that I’ve already contracted their services for another awning on the patio.

Ken and his Team installed a Sunsetter Awning on our home a few years ago without any issues. We have continued to use his group for service and to perform annual inspections. We have always found him to be prompt and a perfectionist as well as trustworthy .He will not leave until he knows everything is perfect.

KCCS just installed our new Sunsetter umbrella and it looks terrific. They had to install boards in the attic to make a more secure mounting surface. They placed the umbrella and programmed it to open and close to requirements.They made sure everything was working and then went over all the operations of the umbrella. They were a very nice crew of workers and professional. We are very happy with the umbrella and install. We should have done this sooner.

Ken and his team were nothing but professionals the entire way through this process. They came out and assessed our situation which involved the demolition of an above ground pool, existing deck and failing retaining wall and then worked to help us design and build a new deck around our existing hot tub, and back porch. At almost every step of the way, the KCCS crew went out of their way to point out things we might need to consider, continually gave recommendations without being pushy and did extra things for us here and there that were simply not in the statement of work (but they felt it was just simply the right thing to do). All of this and more made the experience with them an absolute pleasure and we simply couldn’t be happier with the end product. Thank you so much KCCS. The men showed up on time, they were polite and introduced themselves. They explained the process of replacing the motor and fabric on my awning and welcomed all of my questions. They went above and beyond in demonstrating certain things to make sure I understood. It was very evident that the crew was very knowledgeable of what they were doing. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

They installed my 20 foot awning today. What professional nice guys Ken’s son and Will and his brother are top notch professionals. My wife and I have finally found a professional wholesome company that I will be using going forward. A truly magnificent experience.
