Spectacular experience from START to Finish!! Our salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with our design choice. The price was reasonable. We get so many compliments on our new Patio. It is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!

North American Deck and Patio was recommended to us to replace our deck. I called and Glen came out in a timely manor to look at the work. We had a few other quotes and wanted to see what they could do for us but never received a quote. After calling several times with no answer, we’ve decided to move on. I guess they don’t need the work.

We originally contracted NADP in Feb/March they started our deck in August. All of our neighbors went into contract after us and were finished before us with other companies. We always had to reach out to get any sort of update even after the crew showed up and nobody came to the job site for a week. The deck and the patio ended up being “ok” in terms of workmanship. But I’m really big on customer service, especially when people are spending thousands of dollars. The final straw of horrible customer service is the voicemail my husband forwarded me about a balance on the account. My guess is that our sales person wrote the wrong card numbers down or the bank didn’t trust the charge, the assumption was made by the sales person, “that the debit card didn’t have any money.” In total, we have already paid 19k dollars this is the remaining 3.5k I’m extremely offended and wish I had spent my money else where because the work is “ok” at best.

We worked with Glen to develop a proposal and estimate. When the crew arrived last week, they had the old concrete slab demolished in a few hours and the paver patio was completed the next day! So fast and a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I definitely recommend North American. They came out and met with us to discuss what we wanted to do, then put together a creative and amazing design. The construction is extremely solid and flew through county inspections. We have and continue to recommend them.

I recently had a beautiful walkway with stairs built by North American Deck and Patio. Everyone from the salesman to the crew were very professional. I had no idea how to come up what I wanted it to look like but they were so helpful and the design result is amazing. Almost every time I am outside and people are walking in the neighborhood someone makes a comment on how great my yard looks now with the new walkway.
