Mark’s crew exceeded our expectations. In the Fall, we did have to wait a bit for a call back, but Mark promises he WILL call you back as he gets caught up. Right off the bat, we appreciated that commitment & honesty. We had recently moved into our home & had admired our neighbor’s deck. When Mark arrived to see our project, he chuckled & said he thought he recognized our address. His crew did our neighbor’s beautiful deck! Afterwards, we confirmed with our neighbors that he was great to work with, stood by his word & his workmanship. He listened to our ideas, concerns & questions regarding updating our decking, the ceiling system underneath our deck, railing & stairs and provided terrific solutions to items we didn’t even recognize as issues, & kept our budget in mind at all times. At year-end Mark notified us of a pending materials price increase so we were able to purchase our materials beforehand. We greatly appreciated his forward thinking & customer focus. We also appreciated the fact that he found a home for our old railing to a community church vs. the landfill or recycling. The crew was friendly & respectful to our dog, who isn’t that friendly with strangers. This February’s unseasonably warm weather provided a great opportunity for Mark’s crew to get our deck done ahead of the season, when Mark should have been working on bids to set up the remainder of the season. Best deck and best customer service ever! Our new deck far exceeded my expectation in quality and build. Absolutely beautiful. Mark was easy to work with and performed his services with expediency and care. Would be honored to have him work on future projects – no questions.

We Highly recommend Taylor Improvements. Mark and his crew installed our beautiful deck and we have received tons of compliments on it. In this day and age, it is hard to find a company that is responsive and does what they say they will do. Mark and his crew did exactly what they said they would do, in a very timely manner and at a fair price. If you are looking for a friendly, courteous, responsive and reliable contractor you need to look no further. You won’t be disappointed!

I had Mark come out last November 2022 to give my wife and I an estimate for 3 seasons room and new deck that would wrap around front of our pool. We were planning for a full 4 seasons room with another contractor but the price was just way out of our budget. We had 3-4 contractors come out and just give us estimates on what we wanted done which they did but they really didn’t shoot us there ideas. Mark came over we discussed what we wanted done. He came back with quote but also with constant ideas on how we would like to build 3 seasons room/deck. Mark told us he could have job done by late May pending winter weather. Being my wife is a teacher and has summers off the finish time was key for us. Mark and his worker Roger completed framing and flooring late January, 3 seasons room up by April, and finishing touches last week of March. We were a little nervous going with a small business but rest assured that once footings were poured it was all smooth sailing from there. Mark and crew were timely, efficient, and very reliable from start to finish. Very great work!

They completed new decking, handrails, and landings on schedule with excellent workmanship. Their attention to detail in the estimate and installation resulted in material and installation costs lower than their competitors. They were easy to work with and had very good suggestions for some details. Without any doubt I would hire them again. There are highly recommended.

Mark and Roger were wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional. They took time to answer all of our questions. The quality of our new deck and pergola can’t be beat! We have dogs and they were wonderful with them, keeping them safe and never minding an interruption when I need to let the pups out. If you are looking for company the provides professional, quality work this is the company for you.

I had a larger covered deck built by Taylor improvements. Don’t let the low quote deter you from hiring these guys. The work, punctuality, and customer service was awesome. I highly recommend.
